Dúfam, že toto hodnotenie prebudí manažment hotela k lepšiemu výkonu.

Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím upratovaciu službu ako aj personal na recepcii.

Cons:

Nábytok v izbach aj v ostatnom priestore kaštieľa už priam kričí po výmene. Čo sa týka kuchyne, už dávno som sa nestretla s tak podpriemerný jedlom. Chce to výmenu personálu kuchyne, tety z dediny by varili lepšie.

Raňajky boli úžasné.

Cons:

Za nás boli veľkým sklamaním veľmi tvrdé matrace, kvôli ktorým sme sa vôbec dobre nevyspali. Negatívne hodnotíme aj prístup na recepcii. Pri vybavovaní odchodu sme ešte žiadali vystavenie faktúry za ubytovanie, no pani recepčná medzitým uprednostnila hosťa, ktorý stál za nami, s odôvodnením, že vraj čaká už dlho a my sme už vybavení. V skutočnosti sme však ešte neboli. Myslíme si, že každý zákazník by mal byť obslúžený rovnako a v poradí, v akom prišiel.

Ein Erlebnis!
Pros:

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft. Das Hotel wurde aus Ruinen einer alten Burg aufgebaut, wie im Flur auch auf Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Zimmer und Flure sind im Stil einer Ritterburg eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das vorzügliche hauseigene Restaurant! Sogar das Frühstück gab es à la carte (im Frühstückspreis pauschal inbegriffen).
Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt und können daher dazu leider nichts sagen.

Es war außergewöhnlich schön im Schloss! Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Schloss ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher dort wieder kommen. Auch der Spa-Bereich war super!

Prostredie, atmosféra, ochotný personál, veľká pohodlná izba, voľne dostupné wifi bez zbytočného zháňania hesla, prehliadka zámku s vystúpením sokoliarov

Cons:

Jedlo-nebolo zlé,ale bolo len priemerné-,v hoteloch so 4* človek očakáva nejakú pridanú hodnotu/napríklad: pečený karfiol s humusom, granátovým jablkom a orieškami by som očakávala že oriešok bude opečený, zbavený šupky a rozdrveny, jedlo ním bude posypané a nie len hodený v kuse na tanier bez akejkoľvek úpravy. .to sú drobnosti, ktoré kazia dojem

Moc děkujeme za nádherný odpočinek. Nejkrásnější relax ,který opravdu stojí za to. Snídaně byly vynikající, večerní posezení pod širým nebem s hudbou a personál s úsměvem každý den . Za mě je pár hvězd za hodnocení málo , takže dávám ***************. Určitě přijedeme opět navštívit toto nádherné historické místo.
