I found the property overpriced and the service was not satisfactory. I booked through Booking.com, which mentioned breakfast included, but the staff said I had to pay extra. There was no elevator, and the stairs were quite steep. The facilities were not clean, and overall, it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this property.

The breathtaking view from the balcony and the spacious room layout were highlights, and the use of high-end equipment added a touch of luxury to the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was marred by painfully slow Wi-Fi, an AC that wouldn’t turn on, broken stairway lights leaving me in the dark, and a frustrating number of insects in the room. The hotel also failed to provide basic amenities like toothbrushes, a comb, and hot water for showering, all while pretending to offer a luxury experience. To top it off, my attempts to contact them through booking platforms and social media were met with complete silence.

Don’t stay here if you have poor eyesight
Pros:

The room at the hotel was quite spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. Additionally, it was a welcome convenience to have a hair dryer provided, adding a touch of practicality to the stay.

Cons:

The room power was turned off upon arrival, requiring me to waste time calling and waiting for staff to fix the issue. The room had clearly not been checked before assignment, and accessing it involved climbing down poorly lit stairs in complete darkness. When it was time to go out, the only option was to climb those same stairs again.
