Ik had meer verwacht van het geheel.
Pros:

relatief dicht bij het centrum. Je kunt vanaf het hotel diverse kanten op. eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Het personeel is uitermate behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een verstoring die ik had t.a.v. warm water in de douche werd goed opgepakt en afgehandeld.

Cons:

Het zwembad en de plaats daaromheen zijn wat out dated. Het water is niet verwarmd en zelfs op een warme dag is het water (te) koud. Het hotel ziet er in eerste instantie mooi uit, maar de gangen zijn out-dated. Je ziet duidelijk dat het een oud hotel is waar nog wel de nodige aanpassingen mogelijk zijn.
Er is geen mogelijkheid tot het maken van koffie of iets dergelijks op de kamer. Hiervoor zijn geen voorzieningen. het "restaurant" is relatief karig en ook voorzien van ouderwets meubilair. Het menu is niet heel uitgebreid.

Cons:

Sehr selten, dass ich das Personal mal als nicht besonders freundlich bewerte, hier war es aber tatsächlich der Fall!
Darüber hinaus liegt das Hotel direkt gegenüber von einer Disco, wir hatten zwei Nächte Livemusik bis morgens um vier!
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Wie das restliche Hotel ebenfalls!
Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Nach 5 Wochen Laos das schlechteste Hotel. Das Portal sieht toll aus, aber dann wird es gruselig. Das Wasser im Pool war sauber aber alles andere war schmuddelig oder funktionierte nicht (z.B. Toilette am Pool). Die Zimmer waren vielleicht mal ok, aber da ist seit vielen Jahren nichts renoviert worden.
Das Frühstück war ganz ok.

Wir haben das Hotel unter anderem wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gewählt. Mit dem kostenlos angebotenen shuttleservice braucht man kaum mehr als 5 Minten zum Flughafen, was bei einem frühen Flug recht angenehm ist.

Cons:

Zum night market war es weiter als gedacht. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür

Personal und Lage sehr gut. Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, alles wirkt ein wenig vernachlässigt. Frühstück sehr fein, grosses Buffet mit grosser Auswahl.

Cons:

Lärmig von dem Musiklokal vis-a-vis bis kurz nach Mitternacht. Der Pool war angenehm aber sehr vernachlässigt und unaufgeräumt, schade !!

Old hotel in need of some updates.
Pros:

The main bonus was location and the price.

Cons:

Smelly elevator and hallways. The hotel is old and definitely needs to strip out the old carpet and replace.
Also get rid of the big bath tubs and go with just a safer shower.
