Cons:

No me gustó como el personal nos recibio y nos despidió. Tengo la reserva de booking pero la chica insiste en que tengo que hacer el check in cuando nunca me mandaron un mail para realizarlo. A parte cuando ya nos da la llave, la digo que queremos el desayuno al día siguiente y nos dice que no hay problema, no necesitamos reservar.
Por la mañana bajamos a desayunar y otra chica nos recibe y nos dice que imposible desayunar y el salón totalmente vacío. Estaba como enfadada, no sabía inglés y me decía frases a través de google translate. Un poco triste en un hotel. Luego bajo a pagar y me dice y ahora que es lo que quieres??? La verdad es que ha sido un poco triste la experiencia con el personal.

A parte en la habitacion hacía calor, no hay aire acondicionado

Cons:

Der personallose Check-In Prozess gibt Rätsel auf, wenn man durch den falschen Eingang (Haupteingang) ankommt. Das Pre-Check-In übers Smartphone sollte man tatsächlich besser nutzen.

Centralt läge. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Dålig information inför incheckningen som skedde digitalt på plats. Tog en stund innan vi förstod hur vi skulle komma in på hotellet. Smidigt med nycklarna i telefonen men hade varit bra med information om detta innan.
