Cold showers
We came home one night to a bat flying around in our room. Have no idea how it got in there.
Air conditioning unit leaked onto the bed right beside my pillow.

Chọn phòng có bồn tắm, chấp nhận giá mắc hơn phòng ko bồn tắm nhưng bồn lại không có chốt chặn nước thì có bồn tắm như không. Nền ẩm mốc, trơn trượt, rất dễ ngã.
Bình nóng lạnh thì hư, báo sửa thì KT báo phải vài hôm mới có ng sửa, yêu cầu đổi phòng thì ko cho.
Nói chung là rất tệ, ko đáng giá tiền.

Very noisy Saturday ( outside nightclub music) and little/no hotel sound reduction.
As per my last visit the fire stairs were continually obstructed by large piles of bed linen etc. unacceptable! I will not stay here again.
I booked this hotel for 2 nights and turned up and was refused a room as it did not have air conditioning. I told them I didn't mind, I was tired, just give me the room. They refused. I then had to walk around Saigon with my bag looking for a new hotel. as it was last minute I had to pay an expensive price.
Location is good.
Too old, towels are darkly old, corridors are dirty, water is running everywhere from the shower, toilet seat is not in right position, stuff in the room is too old, staff are not friendly.
The bed was comfortable, good location and the staff were nice, that’s all.
So dirty! For $50aud a night you would expect them to at least attempt to clean the room! Was happy to leave.

Probably the worst wifi of any hotel in the 21st century. If you are reliant on an internet connection the pass on this hotel.
My room wasn't ready so I was "upgraded" to another room which seems to be the same room with an extra bed stuffed into it making it actually worse than the room I was moved into the next day. Is it difficult to have the room that you booked ready?
