Royal Palm Hotel

No coffee in the morning was a disappointment. Windows didn't fully close so we listened to street noise until late.

Royal Palm felt like a home away from home! The room provided met my needs, was clean & comfortable. The island serenity allowed me to relax & unwind, also the staff appeared very helpful & pleasant during my time there. Thank you all for making my stay memorable & hope to see you again soon!

staff are super friendly and helpfull at all times place nice clean just short walk to the pink beach nice big beds and air conditioner. with also a little front yard in every room

Please don't think I am crazy, but a coffee maker in the room with a few coffee pods would go a long way. I went all over town this AM and one spot I found open. There should also be at least a chair inside so you can put your shoes on.

I had a great stay at the property. Staff was wecloming & nice. I will stay there when i return. I recommend the property for others to stay. One thing & the only thing i was disappointed in was the temperature of the hot water....didn't get to my liking, more warm than anything. But overall it was a great stay.

It was unexpectedly nice, walkable to different restaurants, clean and friendly staff. I’d book again.

The property was clean and a good value for the price. The ac was cold and the shower had great hot water and water pressure. Just need mats on the floor and in the bathroom as well as a longer curtain so the floor doesn’t get wet.

Central position

This small pronery is clean but dated. Check-in was polite but slow, i was charged more that expected. The rooms are small and very nosiey as the walls are thin and the street is busy.
Staff is polite and location is close to the dock for the ferry

I will definitely recommend and stay again at this hotel , it was very nice for the price and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Was a last minute stay for one night and was clean and comfy! TU

We had to stay here as there wasn't availability at our other hotel and our experience was not a good one. The hotel is extremely old and it shows. The bathtub had rust coming out beneath the faucet and on its base. There was a sofa chair that was originally beige that is almost dark grey from the visible dirt. The bed was hard and the pillows were old and flat. A cable box hung from the television set. We were also woken up by noise coming from neighboring rooms throughout the night. I would definitely not recommend staying at this property. It looks like it hasn't been touched since it opened in the 1970s. On the positive side, the air conditioning and wifi were great.

Kevin kindly moved us because certain rooms can’t get WiFi. Once that was sorted we had no issues at all
