Pros:

Gute, zentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles wirkt frisch renoviert und ansprechend. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer und großes modernes Bad (Zimmer 216). Unglaublich zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut betreut. Beim Check-inn erhält man sofort Tipps für seinen Aufenthalt. Hier wird Gastlichkeit gelebt. Das ist wohl der Unterschied dieses Familienhotels im Vergleich mit den üblichen Hotelketten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
Pros:

Ich glaub, ich hab mich zum ersten Mal seit Jahren wieder als Gast und nicht als Kunde in einem Hotel gefühlt. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfreich und freundlich.

Cons:

Ich habe wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Frühstück und Lage gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Sauberkeit nur okay. Das Zimmer selbst ziemlich altbacken und etwas herunter gekommen. An Teilen der Decke fehlte Tapete. Der Vorhang vorm Fenster war zu kurz komplett zugezogen zu werden, heißt ein Teil des Zimmer konnte immer vom gegenüberliegenden Gebäude aus eingesehen werden und es ließ sich auch nicht vernünftig abdunkeln.

wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Der überaus freundliche Empfang, die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals
Das Frühstück was sehr gut, auch der Wunsch nach Spiegelei wurde sofort erfüllt.
Mannheim und dieses Hotel sind eine Reise wert.
Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist gegenüber bestens zu erreichen.

Przyjechałem odwiedzić chorą siostrę.
Pros:

Byłem u Państwa miesiąc temu.
Hotel robi ogromne wrażenia. Jest kameralny, zadbany w każdym szczególe.
Wspaniały personel. Czułem się zaopiekowany. Dekoracje z rozmachem, piękne.
Myślę , że właściciel jest estetą.
Położenie hotelu jest znakomite. Wszędzie blisko.

Cons:

Wszystko mi się podobało. Niczego bym nie zmieniał.
Trzymajcie dalej fason.
Hotel warty polecenia.
