Ein Hotel mit Seele
Pros:

Sehr sauber, keine Schimmelflecken in der Dusche. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Habe mich rundum Wohlgefühl.

Sehr gut!!!
Pros:

Von der Begrüßung beginnend war der Empfang und der Umgang sehr freundlich, verbindlich, respektvoll, soweit in dem Rahmen angemessen warmherzig, entgegen kommend!!!
Die Lage war optimal, unweit zum Neckar, zur (Innen-)Stadt, zur Gastronomie, ÖPNV und Hbf sehr gut und fußläufig zu erreichen.
Aufgeschlossener Umgang mit meinem Hund.

Cons:

Für mich hat alles so gepasst - für mich haben die Menschen, die für die Leitung des Hotels verantwortlich sind, die das Frühstück bereitgestellt und begleitet haben und das Hotel selbst nichts offen gelassen - ich bin zufrieden abgereist.

An exceptional stay - superb hospitality, spotless comfort, great breakfasts. Highly Recommended.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at  Hotel Mack Private Inn. It is in a central location in Mannheim, close to art, culture, great restaurants. But what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the genuine sense of hospitality here that one does not always find in larger chain hotels. The service is exceptional, thoughtful, warm and efficient while the hotel itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. A special thank you to the two brothers who run it (Christian and Ingo Binz) who are hands-on, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, generous, varied and beautifully presented. Hotel Mack Private Inn combines professionalism with the warmth of a much-loved independent hotel. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mannheim. It will definitely be my first choice to stay at again.
