Amazing
Pros:

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. A special shoutout to the chef, whose food was outstanding—authentic Jamaican cuisine that easily earns a solid 9/10. Every meal was flavorful and truly captured the essence of the island.

The gentleman at the front desk was equally impressive—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. His excellent service really elevated the whole experience.

The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings, and the hotel itself offers great value for money. Overall, my experience was a 10/10, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The curry chicken breakfast was amazing. The staff were respectful and helpful. The rooms were good and spacious. It was a very good experience overall would recommend.

Great staff who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
Pros:

Our Team used the "Apple" Villa which sleeps 8. Villa Rental does not include meals due to the furnished Kitchen. We did however enjoy 2 breakfasts which were sufficient, timely and the dining area is very nice.
Each of the bedrooms had a separate bathroom and shower.
The pool area was very nice. Easy in and out with steps down into the pool, ambient lighting for evening swimming, a fine Cabana. The Owner is working daily to improve the tile work, handrails, ramps, etc. The patio area with bar and fun lighting is very nice for medium size groups.

A localização é boa, entre o centro e as principais praias.

Cons:

Ducha ruim, pouquíssima água, café da manhã limitado (vc tem direito a uma única escolha. Se escolhe panqueca, não pode escolher bacon), restaurante mais ou menos e caro, funcionários pouco solícitos. Para adiantar o check-in cobraram, mas atrasaram a entrega das chaves. Me arrependi de não ter alugado um Airbnb.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms cleaned everyday.

Cons:

The renovated queen room was not as what we expected. There was no mirror in the room. The were no tea or coffee if required. The coffee maker had to be replaced as was not heating water. There were no draws to put anything in. There was a leak of water in the wardrobe coming from the shower. The balcony was always wet when it rained and never drained off. The AC unit could not be used with remote so had to switch off at the mains all the time. There were always the same choice for breakfast, which was monotonus for 14 days. When breakfast was served cold we were told to use the microwave, if served it should be hot!

I didn’t like the amount of flight of stairs you have to walk to get to your room. There weren’t no complimentary water in the room . You have to buy the water from the front desk also there’s no room service .The food was great
