The location is good as it was near family.

Cons:

Some of staff attitude needs addressing. On arrival / departure no one to help with suitcases not a standard thing apparently. Room infested with ants even in the fridge and cockroach. No phone in room if you wanted to call reception had to climb 4 flights having bad back wasn’t good for me. Breakfast serving on the small side. Not enough staff cover. On the whole service needs to improve

Friendly staff, but disappointing management of both a cancelled villa reservation and a faulty safe

Cons:

Despite having a confirmed villa reservation, the resort cancelled it two days before arrival and accommodated our group in separate rooms instead. The handling of a faulty room safe was equally disappointing, as management held me responsible and refused to refund my full deposit.

Op zich prima - maar vind het wel bovenmatig geprijsd.
Pros:

Ontbijt was redelijk - wel een pluspunt dat het vers bereid is. Maar let op - je moet de avond tevoren aangeven wat je wil eten.

Cons:

Er stond ‘refurbished’ kamer - maar dat was heel beperkt. De kamer was wel schoon, maar een aantal faciliteiten kunnen nog wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Great choice in Portland
Pros:

Close to Frenchman’s Cove Beach, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The place was comfortable, and the food was really good. Also, good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff is friendly and easy to work with. However, I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Dinner was excellent!! Every dinner meal was delicious! McKenzie, at the front desk, and the kitchen is excellent. She is a hard worker. This place is close to Trident Castle.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible and unorganized. The meat portions only have gravy and bones. Breakfast was chaotic. I would suggest setting daily breakfast menus and allowing guests to order breakfast based on the menu that day. One of my rooms was taken, and we had to make adjustments. The room had a smell. The faucets needed scrubbing in the bathroom. When people are on vacation, the bathroom should be nicer than the one I have at home. This definitely missed the mark. The road leading to the resort needs work as well.

Cons:

Booked a new refurbished room but got an old refurbished room with insects in the room solutions got taken immediately thought. The rest was fine except that you have to carry your luggages through the stairs on your own
