I Had Fun! Thank you staff members for making me and my children as comfortable as needed!
Pros:

If you’re friendly to them, they’re friendly to you the staff was amazing!

Cons:

Minor changes I have a cleaning disorder so something’s bothered me but nothing that couldn’t be manageable. You get exactly what you pay for and we not talking $2000 hotels so I definitely had a reasonable experience.

Cons:

My husband had to change rooms three times. No air conditioning and black mold in bathrooms. One room hadn't even been cleaned or had tiolet paper. Furniture out in yard and appliance sitting outside our rooms. They double charged us from booking. Com and won't return our money. They wouldn't open door for continental breakfast or let you get coffee until after 7 am.

HORRIBLE Place to stay for Guests with Mobility Issues!

It was a waste of my money!
Was not Satisfied with our stay/

Cons:

Was advertised and sold as an ADA Mobility Accessible room, but it WAS NOT a true ADA mobility accessible room! The bed surface was TWO TIMES HIGHER than the average hotel bed and definitely WS NOT ADA compliant! Basic Bait-and-switch online tactic from a bullshit hotel operator pretending to be legit.

The people were nice!!!

Cons:

Some lamps didn’t work! Shower was warm didn’t get hot! Sink in the room spit out dirt because it hadn’t been used in a while!

Place should be shut down. Health department needed bad

Did not even stay but after reading the reviews they probably did me a favor by not having the room I requested.

Cons:

We traveled over 4 hrs to get here and throughout the days prior to arrival we messaged back and forth with the hotel and they assured me they would be ok with a late check-in which was after midnight and that they would have a bottom floor room for me as I am disabled. When we arrived they had no room for me which left me, my husband and our pets with no where to stay. I do not recommend believing any thing they say

I’m not one to give any reviews at all but this was the worst hotel I have ever seen. To be honest, when my wife and I pulled in we thought the place was closed. From parking lot to the unlandscaped grounds were the first signs. I asked to see the room before we paid. We walked in the room and then walked out. I immediately called another hotel and we left. I’m surprised this place is not condemned by the health department.

My stay
Pros:

I called late that night and staff was receptive and cordial as I checked in late.

Cons:

The room was spotless and the sheets were tight and well made. You could tell someone knew how to do hospital corners.
The room did have an old misty smell but it didn’t bother me.
Furniture was dated but clean. For a quick overnight stay I was very satisfied
