Great location, free parking and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to every exciting event.

Cons:

Although it was so cool outside, there’s no AC in the room. There was a fan that helped but it tend to get a little muggy in the room but stayed cool at night. We opened the door from time to time and that helped.

Location is fabulous. It’s nice to have parking in San Francisco included, but be aware that the valet situation is not
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to so many attractions and parking included.

Cons:

The parking situation, although it was included, was a nightmare. We handed over our keys for the valet parking when we arrived and the valley attendant said we had In & out privileges. When I asked the front desk how I could get some things out of the car the following day they said to check with the valet. When I asked the him he said he didn’t have my car or my keys and yelled at me and said I needed to talk to the front desk. Obviously, I was very upset as I needed to drive back from California to Seattle the next day and I was just told that they did not have my car. I then went to the front desk and explained and they were confused looking up and down everywhere for keys? It was extremely frustrating and upsetting. They finally spoke to the valet and figured out that my car was in the lot underneath and they would try to allow me to get to my car. It was a very upsetting situation.

Your staff let me use the microwave, big help for tourists
Pros:

A blessing, Located so close to St Francis National Shrine bakeries, bus stops, walking distance to Embarcadero, Fisherman's Warf, highlight of my trip was your location, I will definitely stay at Pacific Motor Inn next time.

Prostredie bolo otrasné, špinavá čínska štvrť. Izby zapadali do prostredia. Personál, manager v pohode, slečna recepčná - max. neochota. Je to o človeku.
