Nice facility , but in a bad location with excessive urban noise.
Pros:

Clean room, helpful staff.

Cons:

The street noise was awful. Our room faced the street, all night long we heard cars noise, people laughing or yelling in the streets, city emergency vehicles.

Sie war sehr nah a Chinatown, Fishermen’s Wharf und der Golden Gate Bridge.

Cons:

Sehr laut, ich hatte das Gefühl die Autos fahren durch das Zimmer und nicht daran vorbei und die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Great value, clean, hot water was reliable, larger modern TV with most satellite channels available, Internet was reliable, coffee in room was good.

Pros:

Very friendly staff! Clean and a great location. Easy walk to everything.

Cons:

My time coincided with the Super Bowl and the room
Was very expensive. Having said that, I would return when the prices were normal.

Simple at a great location.
Pros:

Perfect location in San Francisco, good restaurants close by and some great bars. The hotel was simple but clean, and provided us with the essentials.

Cons:

It felt very dated, and it did not feel like there was a good place to store e.g. my laptop. If possible try to get a room at the back side for less noise.

Hotel well situated but not really appropriate if you're looking for quiet nights
Cons:

Very noisy even with rooms situated in the backyard, because sounds just penetrate through the entrance. Also a lot of noise with pipes and water circulating inside comming from the other rooms

La habitación era muy pequeña y desde el primer momento nos aparecieron cucarachas. Durante las 3 noches que estuvimos terminamos matando como 7 cucarachas.

Would love to come back!
Pros:

The location is AMAZING. You're pretty much inside Little Italy/Chinatown, and a 3min walk to North beach. There are grocery stores, bus routes, restaurants & cafes everywhere. Price for this location & amenities (free car parking) is unbeatable!!

Cons:

The only issue was that since the doors open up to the parking lot (there are no indoor hallways), you pretty much hear everything outside. So if someone comes back late and slams their door or if they start talking loudly, no matter what floor they're on, you'll hear it.
