HEALTH HAZARD! Mold, stench, and total disrespect for guests. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I am writing this review after management completely ignored my attempt to resolve issues privately.
Hygiene & Ventilation: The bathroom had visible mold, poor ventilation, and an unpleasant, damp smell throughout the room. Pictures were sent tonlocal authorities and booking as well.
Customer Care: Management completely ignored my refund request and refused to respond to Booking.com when they reached out on my behalf.
A hotel should offer comfort and safety, not unhygienic conditions and zero customer support. I strongly advise looking for another place to stay in San Francisco.

Chinatown Fun in this well positioned Inn. Walk everywhere, bus and light train it too.
Pros:

Great location and the upper level room was quiet with a comfortable queen size bed. Just around the corner from City Lights Bookstore.
TV services was okay but I expected more channels for the year 2026.
Bathroom was great and Guest Services was friendly.
Walk to all the recommended Chinese Restaurants and markets and bus stops and Chinatown - Rose Park Station.

Cons:

The recommended restaurants list they gave me needs an update for October 2026.
The walls are not noise proof and so at times you may hear. muffled sounds of People socializing in their rooms.

The laundry opening time at 8 a.m. just isn't good. But overall the hotel is perfect.

Do the laundry facilities open at 8am? We need to finish our laundry before sightseeing, not during it. Because of that, I need to do laundry outside the hotel.

Pros:

San Francisco’nun Chinatown bölgesinde yer alıyor. Konumu oldukça iyi. Otobüs durağı çok yakın istediğiniz yere kolayca gidebilirsiniz. Taksi uygulamalarına gerek yok. Tipik Amerikan tarzı bir motel. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle çok başarılı. Sunduğu olanaklar çok fazla olmasa da otoparkının bulunması önemli bir avantaj. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve destekleyici. Benim adıma gelen paketi teslim alıp bana ulaştırdıkları için ayrıca teşekkür ederim

Odada su ısıtıcısı bulunmuyor, sadece kahve makinesi var. Ayrıca şişe su da sunulmuyor. Pencerenin doğrudan dışarıya açılması ilk başta biraz tedirgin etse de odanın ısıtması oldukça iyiydi ve bu konuda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım.

It was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I will be booking again next time I go to San Francisco!
Pros:

Decently close to the pier, a late night ice cream shop, and pretty accessible to get into from the street. It is not to far from curtain areas (depending on where you are going) and is in Chinatown.

Cons:

Sometimes you can hear traffic but the rooms do a good job softening the sound.

room is clean and we have everything we need. Although the room is quiet, it is facing the road and in the morning the sound of the activities on the road is pretty noticeable.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für SF
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Chinatown und damit perfekt für eine Stadttour. Restaurants gibt es reichlich in der Nähe, auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufg erreichbar. Mit dem Zimmer zum Innenhof ist es sogar recht ruhig.
Perfekt für SF ist das Angebot eines Parkplatzes.
