Pros:

The location. Daily cleaning

Cons:

The room is old and small. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise. The breakfast was miserable: the quality, the options, and the refrigeration of the products. The price is average in Philly but it’s not a 3-star and it’s not an 8 points as booking says.

Удобно, приятный район , все близко. Вечером с 17:00-19:00 можно посидеть с бокалом вина и легкой закуской ( входит в стоимость).

I loved staying here. Good price, location, and room. Historic building. Good neighborhood, within walking distance to interesting tourist/historic sites. Kind staff. Good breakfast included!

Pros:

Emplacement : dans un quartier tres sympa a proximité du centre et de tous les services.
Les chambres sont (tres) grandes et confortables.
Personnels agreable et une bagagerie disponible.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner manque un peu de variété pour des europeens (mais le rapport qualité prix reste correct).
Quartier un peu bruyant mais c’est la contrepartie du bon emplacement.
L’impossibilité de regler le chauffage individuellement dans la chambre.

Like visiting an old friend; great stay in a great city!
Pros:

Conveniently located. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet for sleeping. Hadn’t visited in over ten years, so happy to return and see that it was just as great as I remembered.
