Good value, everything as advertised. Clean rooms and good staff.
Pros:

Conveniently located, updated and very clean property with great staff. Good value. Wonderful coffee in the morning. Nice Adirondack chairs around fire pits in the evening, I enjoyed a nice glass of wine before walking to dinner on the Square

Cons:

Rooms are small and look out onto the parking lot with only one window, so no opportunity for air to flow through.

For the right price and a brief stop over, but cure decor doesn't compensate for the other issues.
Pros:

The room and property in general were very nicely furnished and decorated with a cute theme. The owners have spent a lot of time thinking about this. The bath was small but functional. The location was an easy walk to downtown restaurants, Farmer's Market, shops, etc.

Cons:

The walls are very thin -- we could hear our neighbor's conversations and TV blaring. The AC unit was an old style wall unit that was incredibly loud -- but at least it drowned out the neighbors. Parking was tight, and the room itself was small. The first morning the shower backed up some; fortunately not the second day. The "high-speed" internet didn't make it to our room (#11) -- it kept dropping and had a very weak signal. The "light breakfast" was misleading-- filtered coffee and some coffee cake. Paso Robles gets busy and the prices of hotels/rentals has gone sky high in recent years. We tried this place because our usual was booked. We paid $400+/night for this hotel and it was definitely not worth that price. For a lower price and a short visit we might stay here again, but the value for the visit was not justified with cute decor and a slice of coffee cake.
