Mooi, modern, nieuw, schoon hotel
Personeel was super vriendelijk, maar langzaam en onlogisch, er werd niet goed over dingen nagedacht, drukke momenten overviel ze en konden ze niet goed handelen, met name bij het restaurant, eigen bevolking kreeg ook een specialere behandeling, ebgels spreken laat te wensen over

Very nice pool area, beautiful view of sea, great place to walk and enjoy nature. Near aquarium, amusement park, very beautiful shopping mall and high quality restaurants. Very good breakfast and restaurant in the hotel. Very good hair salon.
The only thing irritated me was nail salon price. I was happy with the quality and very nice person but when I got to know they charged me 4-5 times a good salon in Istanbul I felt very bad about it!

Прекрасный отель,поезд в пяти минутах от отеля ,торговый центр в трех минутах .Чистота на территории ,отдельное спасибо Fatma ,убирала наш номер 4119,всегда приветлива и добросовестно.Завтраки превосходят все ожидания,есть все и фрукты различные и йогурты,яйца во всех вариантах ,колбасы ,сыры ,выпечка какая душе угодно.Прекрасный бассейн ,ребята обслуживающие его всегда внимательны .
То ,что берут залог за мини бар ,в соответствии с количеством дней проживания ,за пять ночей 300 евро оставили в залог ,на сайте написано 100 и не указано ,что эта сумма меняется от количества дней пребывания.
The Aqua Centre (10 minute stroll from the hotel) has a nice shopping mall with various restaurants below.
And the Aquarium.
Room service food menu needs some work.
The hotel has four floors and our rooms were way way down at the end of long corridors.
The hotel becomes a maze and needs more signs. (Really it needs someone, who doesn't work for the hotel, to do more signs.)
Our room was near to the pool which became noisy, even with the door closed.
The sliding door of our room needs some maintenance and they are very heavy to operate.
25km each way so €120 for taxis there and back from the town centre. Plan your trips in and out of town.
The pool has a lot of jagged edges.
