Pros:

Incredible restaurant Atrox in Crown Plaza Florya. Sheaf Mr. Sefa is wonderful. Mr. Fatih provided excellent service at the restaurant. Staff is professional and friendly.
Rooms are clean. Reception is also very helpful.
Location is wonderful. 10 minutes walk to metro line. Shopping mall is next to te Hotel.

Ολα καλά εκτός από τη καθαριότητα κάτω απο το κρεββάτι..και ο κλιματισμός κάνει θόρυβο και δεν λειτουργεί σωστα(λειτουργεί όποτε θέλει)

Cons:

Ο κλιματισμός ΔΕΝ λειτουργεί σωστά αλλά όποτε θέλει ειδικά το βράδυ!
Επίσης καθαριότητα κάτω από το κρεββάτι ΔΕΝ υπάρχει...

The restaurant food was not good, the towels were very bad, the bathroom facilities were broken, the pool was dirty, I liked the room on the top floor, but they didn't give it to me.

Pros:

Amazing hotel and the staff are super kind, professional and friendly. The house keeping staff especially was so lovely, and the staff in the restaurant, Samet F., was always very attentive and eager to help.
10/10 recommend :)

Просторный номер, чистота уборки, удобная кровать, небольшой чистый красивый бассейн, приветливый персонал, отличное расположение для прогулок по набережной, в пяти минутах торговый центр!

Cons:

Простоватый завтрак, ассортимент блюд, кофе на три звезды. Спа комплекс небольшой, требует ремонта хамам.
