Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une belle vue et un accès facile aux environs. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Les installations de l’hôtel sont de qualité, notamment les espaces communs et le service proposé. Rien à redire sur le confort global

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne la climatisation. Lorsque nous l’utilisions pour chauffer la chambre, une forte odeur de cigarette se dégageait, rendant l’atmosphère vraiment désagréable. Il semble que l’odeur provienne du système d’aération, probablement liée à des chambres où il est permis de fumer. C’était assez dérangeant, surtout la nuit.

Eșec total!
Pros:

De cum ajungi personalul de la recepție îți cer 300€ garanție. Bani pe care ulterior tot personalul hotelului încearcă să te facă să îi cheltui ca la sfârșit să nu mai iei înapoi nimic. Începând de la parcare până la ultimul ospătar din restaurant nu au un comportament raportat cu un hotel
Evaluat la 5 stele. În momentul în care încerci să vorbești cu personalul și nu le convine sau le ceri ceva pretind ca nu vorbesc limba engleză. Mâncarea la mici dejun lasă de dorit aceeași în fiecare zi. Am mâncat 6 zile omleta care și aceea era plină de ulei. Pe lângă faptul ca pe harta hotelul arata relativ apropiat de centru și atracții turistice acesta se situează la 24 de km de centru. O experiență neplăcută nu recomand!

Lieliska viesnīca un noteikti atgriezīsimies vēl

Stilīga viesnīca, patīkams skats uz jūru (ja paveiksies ar numuru), bagātīgas un ļoti garšīgas brokastis, lieliska SPA un sporta zāle, tīri numuri, lieliskā numuru apkalpošana. Ir vērts atgriezties.

Cons:

Recepcijas personāla apkalpošana prasa uzlabojumus. Bija divi jautājumi un nevienu nespēja vai negribēja atrisināt. Pateicām, ka vienā numurā ir cieta gulta un būtu labi kaut ko izdarīt (uzklāt papildus segu vai virsmatraci), personāls atbildēja, ka visas gultas ir vienādas un ne ar ko nevar palīdzēt. Otrs jautājums: lidostā iznomājām eletro auto, viesnīcā pajautājām, kā var uzlādēt auto. Atbilde bija - tur laukā vai pazemes stāvvietā ir uzlādes punkti un viss. Nekādas palīdzības, kā to izdarīt nebija, pie nosacījuma, ka 3 uzlādes firmām, jāielādē aplikācijas un jāsaņem apstiprinājuma kods uz mobilo telefonu, kuru divas firmas tā arī neatsūtīja. Šāda līmeņa viesnīcas personālam jāspēj palīdzēt saviem klientiem jebkurā jautājumā vai tā ir cietā gulta vai elektroauto uzlāde.

Great views and great cleaning service

Cons:

The reception staff are not speaking good English and don’t really understand what you’re saying or asking. They have a speech learned by heart and make the impression of speaking the language but actually they don’t. They asked an ID card of my 5 years old daughter and I told them that she doesn’t have one since this is the law in Bulgaria. The receptionist said that this is fine. After we returned to the room we found out that the key card is disabled and I went to ask at reception what the problem was, they told me that they disabled the key cards because we got our kid not registered. It was unpleasant experience.

Sehr geräuschempfindlich, man konnte alles hören bis tief in die Nacht.
Bett und Kissen, katastrophal.
Badezimmer sehr eng und klein.
Misafir ilişkileri ile ilgilenen Hanımefendi şiddetli bir şekilde ukala idi ve istediğim hiç bir şeye yardımcı olmadı.
Die Dame dich sich für die Gäste am Empfang gekümmert hat, war sehr frech mit Ihrer Art und Wortwahl.
Meine Empfehlung ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall nicht.
2666€ war das Hotel auf keinen Fall wert für 10 Tage.
