The suite is large and comfortable and location very good
I lost a bag of medicine from my room either by error or theft. Management did not deal adequately with the matter. TV did not work and no support over weekend.
Management did not seem to care about patronising comfort. No prompt action to sort things out. They just offer apologies after you leave.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly. One of the rooms had a great view of the fortress Narikala
I chose this hotel because it has a spa area. However, the hammam in the women's section is completely out of order, and the sauna takes hours to heat up. When we arrived at the sauna 20 minutes after we asked to turn it on, it was simply too cold to be in our swimsuits. Our rooms were on the sixth floor next to the rooftop bar where smoking is permitted, and the rooftop also smelled of cigarettes.
The receptionist wasn't friendly. I'm a member of this hotel chain, but I didn't receive any points; for some reason, they created a new account for me. The parking is very small and inconvenient. I expected more from Mercury, as I often stay at this chain in Germany, Singapore, and France. The hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating; it doesn't even reach the level of a 3-star Ibis. The location is also poor; you won't find any good restaurants with traditional Georgian cuisine nearby.
