Excellent location! Everything was around, within a walking distance. I did not have breakfast. It was too expensive. $20. There were a lot of local breakfast restaurants around, maybe 5-10 min walk. For comparison: (The dinner price was about $15-20 with a glass of wine. ) The staff was wonderful. Helped a lot with making the local calls etc.
The hotel rate per night was disproportionate to the local prices in Tbilisi; one night’s stay equaled the average monthly salary of an ordinary resident.

This was my fifth visit to Tbilisi, and I found this hotel to offer the best value for money. The hotel was excellent, with a highly professional and courteous staff, great facilities, and an ideal location. I would certainly recommend it to others.
The location was good. The property was really clean.
The single rooms towards the back of the hotel were really noisy and the beds were very uncomfortable, due to them sinking in the middle. I had to move rooms as a result.
