It was perfect!!!!

We stayed at Coral Sands Resort last summer & wanted to go back!! Accommodations were the best, new, clean just perfect like apartment living! We love the pools, lazy river, and the outside bar/restaurant….yummy the lazy River flow drink yum, and the food was all good we are older so just laying around and doing nothing was just what we wanted!! The location omgosh you are in walking distance of the beach & restaurants and so many stores, we took our 12 yr old granddaughter & there was an area do do all kinds of stuff hair braids & she got a temporary tattoo!! If you have littles or teenagers I think this place is perfect

Cons:

The complex is due for an update. Tired/dated carpet, decor, bathrooms. The tennis courts had no nets and weeds growing on them. Pool near the unit was small and old. It was a long strange walk to the newer main pool.

Loved our family vacation at Hilton Head Coral Sands!!
Pros:

The pool area , the bar and grill!! The food was great and good value!!

Cons:

When got to our condo, our air was on 82. It was warm. We called first service call they told us they would not be able to get us someone till the next day thankfully, we did have someone coming in that night and kind of fix it and someone came the next morning and worked on it and it was fine so we ended up being able to stay in the one that we rented their suggestion was to stay in a three bedroom off of the campus, but we were doing a family vacation so we did not want to do that so that was my only downfall. .

I loved having a full kitchen and laundry. It made everything easier for the trip. It was a great experience.

Family fun wrapped up in sunshine and activities.
Pros:

My family loved the pool area, bar included. Then pool bar staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We loved the free shuttle to the beach and surrounding areas and the walkability of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Some of the towels in the bathrooms, had stains, and the sink wasnt rinsed. Also, with a family of 5 we needed a bigger garbage can for the week. We had to change it almsot every night because of the size.

We had a great time with the kids and grandkids playing at the pool and at Coligny beach.
Pros:

Pool area was great. Condo was nice, well-stocked, comfortable. Magic show was well done.

Cons:

Condo showed some wear. Stairs going up to condo were chipped and worn. Some paint peeling on bathroom cabinets. View from balcony was quite unpleasant, overlooking an old abandoned overgrown tennis court. One of the tubs did not drain well.

Awful
Pros:

We did not even stay at Coral Sands. Coral Sands management emailed me the night before we were scheduled to come in to town and told me that there was a problem with the Via that I had rented and that they were going to have to relocate me to a whole Nother resort down the road. I booked this resort specifically for the lazy river and because it was in the midst of everything and then walking distance of everything. Needless to say the other resort was far away from everything nothing in walking distance and we had no AC in the villa that we got put in at the other resort for the first two days and the air conditioner vent in the living room ceiling was hanging halfway out of the ceiling, and I was nervous the whole time that it was gonna fall and hit my one year-old grandson in the head or someone else that was with us. Just a very bad experience all the way around.

It was a nice friendly place and very clean.
Pros:

This property was well maintained and clean.

Cons:

Our unit didn’t have a stove to cook only a microwave and couldn’t cook items we purchased.
Not enough handicap parking.
Could hear stomping and walking in unit above us at night.
