Det centrala läget. Vänlig personal. Parkering i samma byggnad med laddmöjlighet för elbil. Frukosten
Det fanns ingen värme på rummet som var väldigt kallt + kalla golv. Stort, kalt , sparsamt möblerat och omysigt rum . Berodde troligen på att det var handikappsanpassat , vilket vi inte behövde eller bett om. Badrummet var även handikappsanpassat med duschstol , special toa och duschväggar som inte var rätt uppsatta . Kändes som att vara på en institution .
Hade svårt att koppla av o vila mellan stadsbesök och före kvällens musikalbesök i det kalla rummet. Var för trötta för att byta rum efter musikalbesöket kl 23:00. Dagen hade börjat tidigt med lång resa.

Personal som ej var tillmötesgående.
Kunde inte bekräfta val av sängtyp 2tim innan min bokning. Avbokade och därefter tog det mig 2 min att ringa en av era konkurrenter och bokade utan problem. Antingen är det persoalenl eller ledningen som har en riktigt dålig policy men i vilket fall som har ni förlorat oss och våra vänner pga sängtyp. Kommer tyvärr aldrig mer att boka denna hotell igen.
