Was ok but won’t stay again
Cons:

Asked for conjoining room in advance didn’t get. Tried to make me pay for my rooms twice because they didn’t see that I booked though booking.com and already paid. Had 8 people 4 in each room only received two rugs. Internet and netflix didnt work in one of the rooms we told them this several
Times no one did anything. Pool area dirty. Breakfast was awful eggs really runny, oatmeal super watery, work kept reach over peoples food while they were trying to make their plates, smh, just rude.

Cleaning staff enters your room when you’re asleep!
Pros:

Never Stay Here! My son left the room at 9:30 am to get a coffee in the lobby. I was still in bed because I didn’t feel well and about a minute after he left I heard the room door open and then close. I jumped out of bed and ran out the door scared to death at who was in my room! It was a cleaning lady. She was in the hall and apologized. She didn’t knock or anything - just walked right in at 9:30 in the morning.I told the General Manager who was at the front desk and he actually tried to blame me for not having the inner latch locked!!! I said I was half asleep and wasn’t going to lock my son OUT!! Why would a cleaning lady try to come in so early. Was she going to steal? Used to stay here a lot but with the General Managers jerk response - we will never stay here again. They should have given me a refund for the night. They supposedly have a guarantee - non existent! I want a full refund! Also, the tile floor in the bathroom was completely coming apart! A total fall hazard. The sink was backed up with water too.

This hotel was great for our little trip, and the room was very comfortable!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, we were close to the ice machine and the parking lot, which was perfect!

Cons:

The pool was a bit dingy, especially the hot tub. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Only spent the night but would consider staying here again. We could’ve just caught them on a bad day.
Pros:

The pool and workout room were clean and convenient.

Cons:

Our room could’ve been cleaner. There was still food spilled on the desk and counters. There were no liners in the trash cans. The room had a funky smell to it too. The person checking us in wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t really go over things like the wifi password or anything.
