Wonderful stay. My only complaint is I had to pay a 35.00 fee for misplaced key to my room.
Heavy traffic
Good place to stay
Enjoy time spent
Mostly a permanent resident hotel; although this was not a problem. Staff friendly and room clean. Mattress very firm, which my wife likes; me, not so much. Pictures make it look like it's on top of a hill, and imply a view of Stone Mountain, whereas it's actually right in the middle of the city. Overall an acceptable stay.
3 year old got bitten very badly by bed bugs went to the front office and showed and told the front office and we were told it’s nun we can do we’re not moving yall to another room so my daughter is having to sleep in the bed with me Horrible but we’ve contacted the family lawyer took videos and pictures we will stand on it. Horrible place I suggest you spend your money some were cleaner you cannot see if a room is really clean even if appears to be clean it’s not and they want do nun about it it’s very sad
No elevator to the upper floor. You have to carry your suitcase up yourself.
The bed was hard as a rock and they gave us 2 flat pillows per bed. No microwave in room. Very low water flow in shower. Sink is in bathroom, which would be more convenient outside, to allow others to use. We also found a joint on the windsill outside of room. The only good things I can say is the staff was very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Some essential things missing in the room like a microwave!
Nowhere to hang up your clothing.
I can't say it's a luxury hotel but I suddenly needed a room during the Thanksgiving holiday and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not beautiful but it's comfortable. I just needed a place to sleep, and for that I have no complaints.
I have no complaints. My stay was wonderful the staff was very friendly and polite the rooms were clean as a whistle. I would recommend this place to everyone..
Very nice room with excellent service
Convenient to food and stores. Older facility but clean.
It was a great stay, just the room did have some spots that could be fixed.
There nothing, nothing at all to be like
This hotel is horrible. We got the room key (an actual key), the key tag said BAD, that should have been the sign. We opened the door and the smell was so bad I couldn't stand it. I was willing to deal with the smell but when I saw the stains on the bed linens that was it. We returned the key and left. The woman at the front desk wasn't surprised at all, like it happens all the time. Absolutely horrible!
We really can't complain much. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The room had a slight odor, somewhat like stale cigarette smoke (it was a non-smoking room). There was a small coffee pot and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only real hassle was getting in and out of the parking lot from the road, unless you were coming from the east.
This is an old inn with good parking and well lit; it is a “budget” motel; we were given an actual key to unlock the door to our room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The room is very utilitarian, with a mini fridge, a small electric coffee maker, no microwave, no iron/ironing board, no hair dryer. The service at check in was exceptional, even though there was a yet to be solved discrepancy in price; the location is ideal but be prepared for the constant noise of traffic; the best part of our overnight trip was the absolute cleanliness of the room-other than a very faint odor which we chuck to the age of the inn. The beds are very comfortable but there is no blanket, just a sheet and the thin comforter provided. Room has its own temperature control system. The white sheets were immaculate and crispy. The bathroom is of average size, no leaks and also very clean. It appears there are long-term residents at the inn, and everyone we encountered was polite. Though not our average venue, we were pressed to travel to this location for a funeral the next day; given the circumstances, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
The hotel was very good. We were very happy to stay here. The room was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The only issues we had were the kids from across the way were very noisy and they started acting up again the next morning
Pretty average.
