I loved my stay. The interior design of the hotel and the comfort of the bed definitely exceeded my expectations.
The only downside was the construction next door, which could be quite loud in the mornings and made it a little difficult to sleep in. I understand this is beyond the hotel’s control.
The softest bed I’ve ever stayed on, was like a cloud. Loved the little tea set and chocolates as welcome gift. I had breakfast included (it’s is served at hotel across the street) and lots of buffet options, all fresh and delicious.

Couldn’t use the library the first day of a two day stay and couldn’t get coffee as the lounge was out of order the day we left.

Breakfast was at a different location . Hotel carpark was full. I was asked to park in the public carpark and tap room key on exit. I was charged for parking. Apparently this was because I should have tapped a different box which I wasn’t made aware of.

Lounge area was relaxing when I was waiting for my train for 30 mins after check out.
There’s ongoing construction noise if wanna sleep more in the morning.
The room wasn’t clean. Tissue box, room floor corner were dusty, hair in the shower etc
