A great hotel for a short stay in Canberra
Pros:

Clean and cozy, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I loved the luxurious feel of the hotel from the bedding to the bathroom amenities

A bit of a distance out of the main city centre but easy to get to.

Pros:

the beds in this hotel are the most comfortable beds i’ve ever slept in!

Cons:

our television in the room would freeze every ten minute, go into standby mode and then would switch off. this process would take 5 minutes.
unfortunately, even though having stayed at this particular hotel more than 10 times, we were given a room with no view.
also, unlike the newcastle & sydney hotels, there are no bar facilities. and although they allow you to select from their amenities provided, the food & beverages aren’t varied enough.

Comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.
Pros:

The comfortable King Size Bed and other amenities.

Cons:

The absence of hooks/pegs in the bathroom to hang your towel so that you don’t have to walk out of the shower to reach for it. Also for your personal items.

A real highlight and the best sleep
Pros:

The dream. I love how thoughtful this hotel is it just ticks all my boxes. Safe, kind, comfortable, sustainable and close to town with ubers always nearby
