Einfach alles. Sehr gute, aber auch hochpreisige Küche. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und super freundliches Personal. Schöne Einrichtung mit Designerstücken...

Zu Fuß leider zu weit weg Dole Altstadt.

J'ai réservé 10 mois à l'avance, j'ai reçu confirmation, y compris 3 jours avant notre séjour, et arrivé devant l'établissement, ... fermé !
Malentendu entre l'établissement et booking, mais un vrai calvaire à la dernière minute.
Ceci dit, les propriétaires ont fait preuve de bonne volonté.
Mais quand on cherche de voyage sans soucis, booking.comm est une arnaque!

A special hotel in Dole

What a find. We needed a hotel to stay on our way back home. We arrived in time for a delicious dinner and the staff were so friendly and accommodating

Qualité de l’accueil malgré une arrivée tardive en soirée

Cons:

Le service du petit-déjeuner n’est pas digne de cet établissement. Au delà des produits maison de qualité, il a été servi un café avec du lait caillé. A la demande d’un geste commercial, il m’a été répondu que le café avait été refait…..la remarque est dénuée de sens. Après insistance, il a été accordé la gratuité d’un des deux petits-déjeuner.

parking gratuit devant la chambre, chambre climatisée, restaurant sur place, douche à l'iltalienne , lit confortable, frigo dans la chambre , beau jardin

Cons:

chambre prestige climatisée mais chère pour la prestation avec moquette, et odeur de vieux papier ;
le restaurant gastronomique offre une carte très limitée; la carte des vins propose des prestations à des prix très elevés; la facturation de 5 E par repas pour un verre d'eau ...
Ce restaurant convient à mon avis pour des personnes qui souhaitent s'offrir une soirée un peu "hype" mais pas à des voyageurs de passage ; Et difficile de faire autrement puisque nous sommes à 4 kms de la ville ; Le petit déjeuner , servi sur place est très moyen et on aimerait choisir ce que l'on mange ...

The Michelin star restaurant for my birthday dinner was the highlight of our stay.
Pros:

Restaurant was wonderful! Waitstaff was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Courses were creative, beautifully presented and beyond yummy!
Hotel staff was very helpful in arranging for a birthday flower arrangement/bouquet for my birthday dinner. Nice surprise.

Cons:

Room could really use an update. Bed was comfortable, but very low and only one nightstand. Countertop bowl sink was adequate for hand washing but too small for face washing.

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est étoilé et nous avons eu la surprise d'un menu exceptionnel et limité à 2 jours : Caviar & Champagne : Juste Fantastique.
Mais le choix de cet hôtel était justement de profiter des talents du chef.

Sauber, Steril, aber wenig gemütlich.
Pros:

Es war ruhig und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein und eng, man konnte kaum seinen Koffer und seine Sachen hinstellen. das Frühstück war kein Büffet und es fühlte sich an, als sei man sehr kapriziös, wenn man seine Wünsche gegenüber dem Personal äusserte, in Bezug auf was man möchte und was nicht. Mein Laptop hat sich nicht mit dem WIFI verbunden, man bemühte sich wenig, dieses Problem zu lösen. Am WE gab es im Restaurant nur ein Gericht: Hummer. Man war nicht bereit, für eine Vegetarierin etwas Gemüse zu machen. Schade.
