The location
The toilet leaked, the bathroom doorknob was broken, the floors were dirty, there wasn't any soap or shampoo and conditioner.

No room service, cleanliness was poor and room very outdated to the pictures posted online, pool was dirty
The balcony had a beatiful view and the path to the beach was very convenient.
The rooms need some paint and a little updating.

Bed was very uncomfortable, slept on couch. No wash clothes, had to ask for room to be cleaned and they did not make the bed just emptied trash and vacuum.
When we got there the room did not get cleaned before we got there. Clump of hair on the floor when we walked in. Towels were dirty. Bed sheets and comforters were dirty. Nothing was wiped down. Mold on the ceiling. Had a really musty smell. House keeping would come in our room but wouldn’t even pull the door shut after leaving. The elevator would skip our floor or go super slow like it was getting stuck. Would not recommend to anybody.
Staff was welcoming , wonderful atmosphere, amazing beachfront scenery . Rooms were ok . Bed comfortable. Kitchenette. Great value , clean , noise level was pretty quiet for mostly . Close to gift shops , food and stores.
Absolutely never again. Save yourself. Moldy shower ceiling, no toilet seat cover which is not sanitary, toilet continuously running. Stained bedsheets and towels. Outdated but if you're looking for a place to sleep then go for it, the view was nice as well. Will definitely not be booking again, I did not feel clean while there.
Worse hotel they charge you a 50 a day deposit then when you check out they continue to hold your money for 7 days after you have left you have to call repeatedly for them to release the hold no room service unless you specifically ask the whole 3 days never seen one housekeeper till check out front desk ladies where the only nice part of the hotel they were helpful and kind
The price of the room was good and had a great view the tv was about the same age as me and was small. I'm guessing that the mattress is about the same. it killed my wife and I's backs the six days we were there I wish the hotel would update those things before coming back. The staff was good when we interacted with them. We had key card problems multiple times as well. Pool was clean and it was a nice break from the ocean. Ice machine worked great. All in all decent places to stay for the money spent
