False advertisement. Don’t stay here.
Pros:

Got a good price but wouldn’t have stayed if I knew what I was actually getting.

Cons:

The picture is not the property! The posting did not have actual pictures of the property it was showing the nicer location next door.
Dirty, lack of maintenance, false advertisement, no staff on site, the outdoor showers were ALL broke, WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN.

Disappointed at not being able to stay where i booked.
Pros:

Don’t know never got to stay. Our reservation was transferred to the chateau due to no availability.

Cons:

We had to stay at the chateau. While it was clean. I would have preferred to stay where I booked.

I liked that all rooms where front beach

Cons:

,the elevator got stick,they dont have microwaves in the rooms,and you have to go to the front dest to use one.Our 1st room had alot of condensation on the walls and floors and had to be moved rooms after complaining thay the plugs in my room didn't work nor did the wifi.

Lazy, rude staff!

Staff are not helpful and seem lazy as I’ve ever seen , the guys that run the chair rentals out front are rude and I assume it’s because they are too lazy to get a real job. None of the doors shut right and lock! Sleeping in the truck would be better. The guy that cleans around outside will only say hello if his boss is around! Seen him on multiple occasions and he just stares like he hates you unless his boss is there and he becomes employee of the month!

Pros:

These hotels are remodeled very nicely. Love the new look, how they combined two hotels into one, front desk was friendly and very helpful when I had problems with my key card, great area to be at, close to area restaurants, (Pineapple Willys, Harpoon Harry), Walmart, on the beach, pricing was reasonable for a weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The elevator broke down just as we got there and had 5 people trapped. We had to climb the stairs to the 6th floor, my key card didn't work so I had to climb the stairs not once, not twice, but 3 times to be told I would be moved to the other building that had a working elevator. There was no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels after a shower, most hotels have complimentary shampoo and body soap not this one, our room had a smoke alarm above our bed and it had a shiny green light that was in our eyes at night. If a family was to stay a week there was no dresser and the closet was very small and didn't have hangers for clothes.

Location and View!
Pros:

Location, clean and staff was helpful.

Cons:

Some electrical issues in the room and with door locks. However the maintenance man went above and beyond to help. We had read previous comments about the elevator not working. Which it wasn't, however it wasn't that bad using the stairs as we were on the 3rd floor. These few issues would not keep us from staying again.
