BAT IN ROOM - STAY AWAY!
Pros:

Initially, this place looks great. Very clean and good quality furnishings. But after you peel through appearances, things aren't so good. Hot shower water takes close to an hour to run in the evenings. Need to call 3 times to get any action from front desk. But in our case we also had a bat in our room which revealed itself in the night. Of course, this was shockingly scary. We requested to move rooms but were left to move all our items with hotel staff just watching us at 2am in the morning (duty manager did offer to help but only once I had my final set of belongings in my hands). I complained to the manager the following day who focused on reiterating that I should keep the window shut even though I reminded him multiple times that we kept the window closed throughout - clearly the bat was already in the room behind the curtain the entire time. He later checked things were OK a couple of times but when I mentioned the other issues, he didn't do a single thing about it. Overall, the hotel manager didn't really do anything to make the stay any more comfortable for us after the incident/in general - incompetent management led to poor stay overall. Stay away.

Pros:

Good value for the price. Good (even room service) relatively cheap and tasty. Bed comfortable. Room clean while some parts of furniture showing wear and tear. Didn't get to try the breakfast. Staff at check in friendly. Staff at check out didn't speak the best English. Overall good stay and worth the money
