This hotel offers a great experience for business travelers. The location is very good and the services are excellent. My room is very nice and the room staff, Bishwa, Giopal and Nixjan do a wonderful job taking care of my room. They are very thorough with cleaning and stocking my room and do a fantastic job. Thank you to all the great staff for making my stay very nice and most comfortable. I highly recommend this hotelnif you are in Jeddah for business.

Good hotel, nice service and location of the hotel is close to city center. Airport was not far as well. Staff were very welcoming and professional.

We contacted Chef Samir @ Radisson to cater an event @ our home this July. Chef Samir was exceptionally professional, courteous & accommodating. The buffet he had set up for our event was outstanding! Our guests couldn’t stop expressing how impressive the overall presentation, the single presentation of each item & the exquisite taste of both the savory & sweet delicacies! The buffet was truly a work of art with bite - sized items beautifully set up in a picture- beautiful display! Guests asked for the contact information of our caterer whom I strongly recommend! Total satisfaction of a job extremely- well done! Thank u🙏

Checked in late at night but staff were accommodating and upgraded me due to my radisson status. The room I got was huge but needed a renovation as quickly as possible. The location is great for what I needed but the quality of sleep I had was not. The hotel has free parking. I think if they only renovate the bathrooms it will be a big enough upgrade
Very good customer service by Rizwan (waiter buffet) and very good food by Chef Alvin from the breakfast buffet. Will definitely come back soon. It was a good experience. Great job Radisson Blu Plaza Jeddah.

Along the street, there has been much developments with restaurants, coffee shops and even sheesha places. On this street this is not the only hotel now. However, here you will enjoy a reputable and expected comfort from a name such as Radisson Blu. Near by, there is 1/2 Mil and McD. This has become a default now for my business stay.
It was terrible trip with Radission Plaza Jeddah. There was drilling, hammering on upper floor whole night. Even you complaint, it doesnt matters for them. They just say “I will check” and nothing changes.
Dreadful. Refurbishment work started at midnight just above our bedroom with loud banging, sawing and drilling that made it impossible to sleep. We eventually had to move bedroom at 1am and staff could not have been any less bothered, including manager ‘Wed’. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this price / level. We will not be back and would suggest other people find somewhere else to stay instead of this. We will also avoid Radisson hotels for our future travels.
