Stunk if cigarette smoke; shower was tiny and with no door which meant water went everywhere; air-conditioning sounded like a jet turbine making it hard to sleep

I was expecting the hotel to be more updated. Whilst the room was ok, it had a strange smell. The safe wasnt working as the betteries and the lid from the back had come off. I expected the safe to be bolted but instead, the engineer just pulled the safe and got me another one from another room. Breakfastwas very limited and disnt look fresh at all. It looked as if they heated up most of it instead of making it fresh in the morning.
The gym was falling apart and the whole area looked as of it hadn't been finished. I got on the treadmill that was working but they were not good. The equipment is quite old and REALLY needs attention or need to be replaced.
Aside from that, the 2 times i spoke to reception, they were attentive, smiling and helpful.

A nice experience in general.
Great location, nice staff. spacious rooms with a great view on the Kingdom Tower.
My only complaint is that the hotel only serves food at breakfast, so if you're staying in the evening you order delivery or you have to look for a place to eat.
Otherwise, smooth stay.

Overall good stay but didn't feel like a Novotel. Location was difficult to find for taxis and uber.

Great location, within walking distance of Kingdom Tower and in-between 2 new metro stations.

Breakfast is good, with plenty of options but although they are open for breakfast untill 10:30am once the food runs out at 9:45am then they will not replenish. So breakfast is really served from 6am to 9:45am.

Has a gym, swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, but yet to see anyone use them.

Ambience of the hotel is nice and staff are friendly and professional.

Room was modern and great with plenty of space, great mattress and plush pillows. The TV could do with upgrading so it supports phone cast/mirror feature.

Housekeeping, in particular a young man called Shakib I think was superb, cleaned the room exceptionally well, stocked up all amenities and always was courteous if we needed anything else.

Floor to ceiling windows make all the difference in a hotel room and this hotel has them, but also great black out curtains for the night.

Would definitely stay here again when visiting Riyadh.

Stayed here for third time this year. Almost 3 weeks! And many others attending COP16 too following my recommendation. Would have expected more. Room basic. Internet not always strong. Water for shower extremely hot, cannot be regulated, so you burn yourself every day. Noise from other rooms is heard. Breakfast OK but basic. The other issue is that there are various Novotels nearby so the drivers are always confused.

Convenable - bien placé

The location is good in terms of restuarants and a mall close by. This area is mostly busy in terms of traffic, so getting to this area in the evening is longer.

The room was very spacious. I had a problem with the AC whcih was rectified on complaint. Generally I would be happy to stay here again.

The property is not designed for Hotel. It was built for office and converted into hotel. Not suitable for hotel.

The hotel is very run down. Breakfast wasn’t great with food that had been in heaters for ages and some was luke warm.

This is a great hotel ! Just one remark : the gym needs some equipment renovation ( machines are old and falling apart)

The pictures shown are not real. Amenities are very bad. Poor gym, there is no jacuzzi, sauna was not working. Service was okey and breakfast was nice

Food quality at breakfast wasn't really good. The room was not cleaned at all.

I love the space you get in the rooms, great Wifi speed, sitting area to relax and work from, very comfy bed, friendly and efficient service and extremely good value for the city. Also a good, central location for my business meetings. Highly recommended.

Nice location to access to central commercial destinations and attractions. Need little improvement in breakfast.

Location is very near the Kingdom Tower and an acessness is very nice. Safe security in nighttime as well as many aspects near the hotel.
