El edificio histórico es muy bonito. A espaldas del Río Arno. A 10 minutos caminando de la terminal de trenes.

Cons:

El edificio es histórico, por lo que el área de acceso es oscura y fría. El elevador muy pequeño. La instalación es más propia de una oficina pública, que de un hospedaje.

We had a very good stay at this hotel and were pleased with our choice. The location is particularly convenient, as it is easy to access the city from here and get around to the main attractions and other places of interest.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the facilities provide everything you would expect for a comfortable stay.

We also found the location very useful for getting to restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. Having easy access to the city made a big difference and allowed us to make the most of our time without spending too much time travelling.

Pros:

Un rapport qualité prix parfait. Un hôtel très propre, les personnels d'accueil sont très serviables. J'ai énormément apprécie Mme L. qui a été très à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner très bien présenté et qui est parfait pour un 3 étoiles. Il est très bien situé par rapport au centre et aux monuments à visiter. Je recommande.

Pros:

Perto do centro da cidade (15min a pé). Bom pequeno almoço. Quarto grande e confortavel.

Cons:

Algo estranho não ser um hotel convencional, a porta é um prédio residencial e o hotel fica no 3o andar. Elevador pequeno e antigo.

We had a great stay! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety of food with plenty of options to choose from.

The location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, with the river just around the corner. The train station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which made getting around very convenient.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with a great location, friendly service, and a good breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Cons:

The only minor downsides were that the shower was a bit small and the bathroom door was quite noisy when closing. Other than that, everything was great.

Muy recomendable. Buen alojamiento a precio razonable.
Pros:

Caminando desde estación Santa María Novella al hotel te encuentras algunas personas "alternativas" y no inspira mucha seguridad, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema. En cambio, del hotel hacia el centro, todo bien. A 100 m ya encuentras 2 hoteles de lujo y la zona es tranquila.
El desayuno es correcto. Habitación triple de medida suficiente para tres y muy limpio todo. El personal superamable (todos ellos) y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Muchas gracias!

Cons:

Seguramente en el checkin y dado que nos dieron muchas explicaciones, posiblemente se olvidaron de explicar que la llave para abrir la puerta de la calle no tiene la cerradura en la misma puerta, sino debajo de los timbres, con lo cual no conseguíamos abrirla. Por suerte, llamamos al timbre y nos abrieron en seguida.
Por lo demás, todo muy bien.
