Pros:

Bien situado, a diez minutos de la estación de ferrocarril y a quince minutos del centro.
El hotel se encuentra en una tercera planta a la que se accede por un tramo de escaleras y luego ascensor.
Para nosotros no fue problema.
Desayuno estupendo. Camas cómodas.

Pros:

Excelente estadia! Fomos muito bem recepcionados e todos os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais e atenciosos.

O quarto é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. Ao chegarmos, a recepcionista nos entregou um mapa da cidade e marcou os principais pontos turísticos, o que facilitou muito nossa rápida passagem por Firenze. A localização é muito boa, próximo ao metrô e principais pontos turísticos.

O café da manhã é magnífico, com ótimas opções. A limpeza também merece destaque: toalhas e roupas de cama muito brancas, cheirosas e tudo muito bem cuidado.

Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

Pros:

O café da manhã estava excelente, bem variado. O quarto muito bom e limpo. A localização também é ótima e foram todos muito atenciosos, procurando falar em espanhol para nos auxiliar. O Check out as 11 horas, foi perfeito.

Cons:

Somente um pequeno detalhe, o café da manhã inicia as 7h30, seria bom se fosse um pouco mais cedo.

Séjour à Florence
Pros:

Très proche de la gare (5 min à pied) nous avons apprécié l'accueil par la réceptionniste qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer dans un français parfait !
Une jolie chambre avec vue sur toit et un petit déjeuner complet (les pâtisseries excellentes)
Pour ce qui est de la visite de la ville, l'endroit est stratégique et l'accès est top
