La posizione, si può raggiungere in fretta la stazione come le principali attrazioni di Firenze. Struttura accogliente con ampia scelta nella colazione, stanza grande e molto luminosa.

Cons:

Il bagno era un po’ piccolo per i miei gusti ma aveva tutto l’essenziale e mi sono trovato bene lo stesso.

Hotel confortable, coqueto y muy bien situado
Pros:

Fantástico hotel, situado en Santa Maria Navona, cerca de la estación, en un barrio con muchos lugares que ver e innumerable oferta gastronomica y de ocio, además, a menos de 20 minutos andando del Duomo y de Puente Vechio.
Hotel con pocas habitaciones y coqueto, situado en la tercera planta de un edificio precioso e historico. La habitación confortable y con vistas al Duomo. En cuanto al personal del hotel fue muy atento y profesional.
EL desayuno variado y bueno. En definitiva, nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa.

Litet hotell med bra läge
Pros:

Mitt bokade rum dubbelrum basic med läge mot innergård var litet men ok för mig som ensamresenär. För två skulle det var mycket trångt. Rent och snyggt i hela hotellet. Bra frukost. Läget är promenadavstånd till det mesta i Florens.
Sängen var bra.

Cons:

Hotellet har smala trånga gemensamma utrymmen vilket är ok om det inte är för många gäster samtidigt som i frukostrummet. Luften blev kvav i rummet och öppet fönster hjälpte något men inte tillräckligt. Mannen som var i receptionen på eftermiddag/kväll upplevde jag som kärv i sitt bemötande av mig som gäst. I övrigt var personalen trevlig.

Nice and cosy hotel
Pros:

A pleasant, cozy, and above all very clean small hotel in the heart of Florence. The room offered everything needed for a comfortable stay, including disposable slippers. We were lucky to be granted an early check-in; however, luggage storage is available even if you arrive before check-in or depart later. All major sights are within easy walking distance, as well as the main Santa Maria Novella train station. Breakfast was good, with food regularly replenished. The reception staff were extremely kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
