Muito agradável!
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é excelente, muito perto da estação de trem (10 min a pé), assim como do centro da cidade. Tem restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários muito receptivos, agradáveis e prestativos!!
Super indico!!

Pros:

Gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Ottima colazione. Vi era anche la frutta fresca. Praticamente in centro. La stazione si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, come pure la visita della città. Sicuramente da consigliare. Ci ritornerò volentieri. Grazie.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι 16 λεπτά από το Duomo. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, ιδίως η ρεσεπτιονίστ Laura, που μας φέρθηκε πολύ φιλικά και μας εξυπηρέτησε όποτε την χρειαστήκαμε (grazie mille Laura). Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό.

Weekend a Firenze
Pros:

Location perfetta, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione, direttamente sul Lungarno, molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico e l'Oltrarno. Colazione top, varietà di scelta sia per gli amanti dei dolci sia per quelli del salato. Staff gentile, educato e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Stanza di giuste dimensioni, si dorme molto bene, letto ottimo e zona molto silenziosa.

Cons:

Suggerirei di munirsi di una macchina del caffè classica da bar, essendo in Italia ci si aspetta un caffè di prima qualità.

Ottima colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Personale accogliente. Struttura aggiornata, elegante ed accogliente inserita in palazzo storico. Camere abbastanza ampie ed accoglienti. Ottima pulizia. Ottima posizione per cui si arriva facilmente in auto e in pochi minuti si è in centro storico.

I would absolutely stay there again, but not in a single room as it was very small.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near the river and just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella train station.

Cons:

My single room was very small, even the person who checked me in commented on the size of the room. Not a major problem as I was out and about most of the time, but would book a double next time.
