Accessible ONLY by car

Cons:

The worst experience ever!!
Place is located in industrial zone, impossible to reach it by walk without risk your life.
No road to walk, you risk to be raped or hit by truck driver, creepy people at the central station.
0 assistance from Booking, neither from the Residence.

Marked review quite high as it met our needs for one night stay
Pros:

It’s good value it’s very accessible , it’s room it’s quiet , it’s good size and proximity to shopping centre is positive if you need something to do, good location to jump on motorway to Pomezia or Aprilia

Cons:

It met our needs they were also good enough to refund me when I made a booking in wrong month , I have stayed here before with friends for purpose of going to my property I have locally it serves it’s need while I’m renovating. There is no such facilities it’s apartment with downstairs vending machine and fridge in room.

Perfect to stay
Pros:

The local staff is very attentive to your needs and is 24/7 ready to assist you if something urgent happens. A/C works perfect which is so important in the light of terrible summer heat. The whole residence looks modern. Private parking with access by room key is a great bonus. All in all, we stayed there 2 months and remained happy.

Pros:

Hi, I join other positive feedbacks. Let me also highlight what I personally enjoyed during the stay. A/C works perfect. Private parking lot with access by a room card. On-site staff is very efficient and helps a lot if an issue emerges. Walk distance to a big shopping mall. A very attractive cost if you stay for a long time.

Great place near Rome -- Highly recommended
Pros:

Very good location and place. Highly recommended.
(Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars:
- The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area.
- The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags).
- Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!)
