Nice hotel, with friendly staff, large rooms and set in a relatively quiet area of Kigali.

Pros:

Quiet Haven has spacious rooms, nice balcony views over the city, a very good breakfast, lovely outdoor seating areas and excellent staff who are always courteous and most helpful.
