Disappointing experience at Pand House Club.
Pros:

I had a very bad experience at Pand House Club. The security staff behaved unprofessionally, and the incident resulted in injuries. Guests should feel safe and respected, but this was not the case. I hope management investigates this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

poor and won't stay here again
Pros:

The bed was fine and comfortable. thats' about it.

Cons:

1- the AC was Hot and Loud.
2- There is a giant screen in the Corniche lighting my room all night long.
we couldn't sleep becuase of these two issues
3- The lifts are not well mantinaed, and had multiple incedints in which we had to run into compeletely drunk people in the same lift me and my family use to get to our room.

It was still a very nice stay ❤️
Pros:

The view was great, the room is clean and nice, l and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the first room didn’t have a good room, I had to pay extra to transfer to another room with a great view. The TV didn’t have Netflix, can’t connect my flashdrive so we could watch the films we wanted to watch. The restaurant staff is inexperienced. Otherwise, that’s it. Still very great.

Pros:

The bed was good

Cons:

The room did not feel like its hotel vibes, the the furniture old and full of scratches, the AC was mid, and there was on going parties where we cant use really the elevator to get to the room on weekend.

Very very bad experience and that too with five star hotel. I booked it with some

Car parking: last night had really trouble in parking my vehicle and took 1 hr to park in remote and unsafe area while property promised for in-house parking.

Location: Actually the property is operating bar and allows drunken people to go to bar floor using the same entrance and the elevators late night.

Incident: Last night some drunken persons misbehave with my family.
I complained about it to Hotel manager. Also called booking.com for this situation as we never wanted to stay last night in same hotel after that incident.
