البركة مغلقه مع الساونا والبخار

تعامل الموظفين غير متعاونين في موضوع اختيار الغرف طلبنا منهم غرف مطله على البحر طلبو 100 ريال زياده وكل شي تطلب منهم بيقولك انت ماخذ سعر قليل من موقع بوكينج تطلب منهم غرفه متصله عشان الاطفال يكررون نفس الكلام تحس بوكينج اعطانا الغرف مجاناً
واصوات الكلب طول الليل يصارخون ويفزعون العيال للأسف ما كنت يجوزه اقامتي بفندق كان 3 نجوم حتى وقت تسأل عن الفطور يقولون ما في بوفيه فطور واكتشف انا موجود البوفيه قبل بنصف ساعه وانا حاجز الغرف شامل الفطور لذلك لن اكرر الزياره تعامل غير لبق وغير مريح لدرجة يعدون المناشف قبل نطلع عمري ما حصلت مثل هيك شي سيء جداً

Place is ok
Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Everyone was pleasant and cheerful. The service was really good.

Cons:

The AC wasn't cold enough even though it was at the coldest setting. It's summer in Qatar, ACs should've been the most important part of facilities. It was seen by the engineering dept but they only said to check again after 30 mins. We reported after 30 mins that it's still not cold but they didn't do anything about it. The phone wasn't working but when we told them,, it was fixed right away.
