Stayed at 6th floor and there is a constant knocking noise which disturbs the sleep but staff can’t do anything as the hotel is fully booked

Good for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Can be cleaner. My parents room did not have any towels and they had to call the concierge twice. Breakfast was meh. Not much choices. And the distance from car park to reception is too far. Y'all need a better and smoother flow. E.g check in at the drop off area, instead of all the way at level 3. And it does not make sense that we can part at level 4-6 but we can't asses the rooms from those levels.
