Big clean room
Pros:

Location next to a hospital, many restaurants around, clean and big room

Cons:

Exits at both ends of the long corridors, one at the lifts and the other one is locked (an emergency exit) required breaking the glass but can't find any hard object or tools to break the glass in case of emergency

Worse hotel stay ever and i have stayed at so many hotels

Don’t bother staying in this hotel .

1) Aircon is not cold . Even after maintenance staff came , he told to wait for awhile for the aircon to be ok . Waited 2 hours plus still no difference

2) The water is always hot . Cant adjust to normal temperature or cold water when showering . With the melaka temperature outside of 31 degrees , it doesn’t make sense to shower hot water . The maintenance guy say its normal and that to him he always shower in this temperature .

Also the maintenance does not seem happy when we called .
He keep saying that its normal to not have cold water to shower .

So i decided to check out on the same day and find a different hotel which has no such issue .

Please avoid this hotel at all cost .

Book somewhere else.
Pros:

Things were okay. Nothing to like really.

Cons:

Room wasn't the cleanest, bathroom had mold, electricity tripped in the morning as I was getting ready to check out and it was the entire row of rooms because people were out in the hallway wondering what was going on. Staff at the counter was just okay.

Pros:

I had a seminar to attend so i choose to stay here. And it is walking distance to mahkota parade, dataran pahlawan and to the attractions nearby. So location still okay. The bed is very comfy

Cons:

The toilet at the lobby cannot flush properly so i can see so many left over from previous user. In my room the shower holder does not hold properly the shower handle making it difficult to shower. And there always got some german cochroach coming from the hole.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is very strategic — you can park your car and easily walk everywhere.

the location is near to all attraction places

Cons:

1. need to take a long walk from parking to hotel lobby. need to take stairs before get into the lift area, very troublesome to carry the luggage. asked the receptionist which floor have easy access (ramp) since we carry luggages & baby strollers, but the staff have no clue. however, i figured it out by myself (its at level 5)

2. aircond was not cold. asked for technician to check while we went out. it was same condition after we come back - not sure either technician really came or not, we dont receive any update, too tired to ask again.

3. tv was not functioning at all. we asked about this but they said it is due to technical issue. no tv connection from check in till check out. no compensation received.

i suggest that the hotel to have more empathy, really listen to the guests and take initiatives. its not that we stay for free - guests matter.
