A great gem and would thoroughly recommend. Staff were all very friendly.
Pros:

This hotel was in a super location in the old town with easy access to transport links and a great base for exploring.

Cons:

Nothing. Only niggle was breakfast where it was a bit sparse and all hot food ran out by 9am. Also felt the towels were a bit thin and could be replaced by fluffier/thicker ones.

Quaint stay in great location that is not too noisy
Pros:

Location….in Niederdorf, but not right at any rowdy bars or the neverending works. Rooms are very charming, and staff were lovely.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like! Would definitely stay again

Hervorragendes Hotel an perfekter zentraler Lage mit aufmerksamem Personal. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gutes Frühstück, das nichts vermissen ließ.
Zimmer war ruhig und geräumig. Die Trennung von WC und Dusche war sehr angenehm. Die Möblierung war sehr sorgfältig.

Cons:

Kann ich nichts bemängeln.

Posizione e gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Struttura con soffitto molto basso, ma la cosa peggiore è stata il letto.
Se seleziono letto matrimoniale pretendo che sia tale, non 2 letti singoli attaccatti che ad ogni spostamento si allargano e ci si sente finire in mezzo.
Per un soggiorno in hotel, il letto è la cosa più importante che ci sia.

Well the staff is well trained and polite

Cons:

The room was very small there is no even space where to put and arrange our clothes and coats no cupboard knowing that I have booked for a room that was supposed to be 32 square meter this is one was around 20sq max I went the day after to another 4 star 1 km away in Seefeld with lake view the standard of the hotel and the room was a way way better for the same price which didn’t make sense of how they are pricing this hotel for me is no more than a 2 star hotel the toilet only is actually the cupboard where we are supposed to put our coats but they didn’t think we needed such a thing in a room priced at 300 euros we should throw our clothes on the floor maybe in Zurich you need to check carefully it’s easy to get ripped off for the hotels brekfeeat was also tasteless please don’t take it it’s not worth it

- Breakfast, really not up to the standards for what you pay your night for. A shame, to be honest.
