Value for Money, Good Location
Pros:

Location is near city centre. Grab taxi to and from Hotel is convenient and inexpensive.

Cons:

Though you can walk to the city centre, the route needs to walk via a steep flight of stairs(short cut)or via a sloping road. Walking needs some effort especially for the seniors.

Pros:

Расположение в самом центре! В шаговой доступности автовокзал, вокзал на Фансипан, магазины, рестораны, аптека, озеро. Аренда байков около отеля по приемлемой цене. Кондиционер работает. Холодильник исправный. Всегда горячая вода. Предоставлены: зубные щётки, зубная паста, гель для душа, шампунь, чистые полотенца.

Cons:

Невероятно грязный номер (комната 203). Видно что комната не чистилась с момента основания отеля (фото). Разломанная розетка/выключатель прям за подушками, грязная (фото). Торчащие провода (фото). Свет на балконе отсутствует. Выход на балкон закрыт креслом, чтобы выйти на улицу надо его далеко передвигать. Солнечный свет в комнату не попадает никогда, от этого в комнате сыро и воняет плесенью. Одежда была влажная от сырости, нижнее белье сохло 2 дня. Пол очень холодный, как в комнате, так и в туалете. Приходилось кидать под ноги полотенце чтобы выйти из душа. В душевой поломаны двери, не закрываются. Одна розетка у кровати, с одной стороны, она же рассчитана для светильника: либо заряжаешь телефон, либо включаешь ночник. Второй человек должен заряжать телефон далеко от кровати.
Я понимаю что стоимость номера в отеле крайне низкая, но это не отменяет качественной уборки номера!!!

Loved my time here
Pros:

The location of this hotel is spectacular. Situated in the centre of town but hidden up a little hill, meaning it is two minutes away from the noisy Main Street. Surrounded by many cute restaurants and cafes too! The staff waited up for me as I had a late check in, and were able to extend my stay easily when I wanted to stay two extra nights

Мы останавливались на 2 ночи,
Смена полотенец на следующий день
Нас заселили раньше без доплаты

Я была в шоке, когда увидела что постели не сменили после предыдущего постояльца! 🤮
И не вынесли мусор
Получается нас заселили хоть и раньше, но в неубранный номер .
На ресепшен только с переводчиком, девочки английский не понимают

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, it is a stones throw from the town centre which was ideal. The hotel was ok, although it could be a lot better. It has all of the basic amenities needed in a room, but could definitely improve.

The girl who works the morning shift is really helpful and great at speaking English, if you have any issues wait to talk to her as she actually sorts things out compared to the others who weren't interested!

Cons:

The room didn't feel 100% clean, we always wore shoes in the bathroom because the cleanliness felt very low. When we first checked in, the room had a rogue smell to it. We aired the room out and give it a good spritz of aftershave all over. The walls and furniture were looking old and could do with some love. The walls and doors were quite thin so you could hear everyone, and will be woken up in the morning or at night if another guest is having a late night.

All of the staff apart from the girl who works the morning shift, do not speak English. And most of the time are too busy playing the video games on their phones.

With a bit of improvement, this hotel could be really nice but their are still a few things lacking.

Nous devions y rester 5 jours, mais nous avons changé d’endroit après 2.
Pros:

L’emplacement et la personne la l’accueil.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer, il y a un balcon mais vraiment petit et désuet. Une petite chaise sur laquelle on n’a pas osé s’asseoir et la vue était sur une cour arrière très embourbée. La salle de bain est pleine de moisissures et de métal rouillé. L’endroit a vraiment besoin d’entretien.
