Напор воды в душе слабый, нет чашек для чая, только стаканы стеклянные, очень неудобно.. и нет шампуня и геля в достаточном количестве, на один номер два маленьких пакетика

Ondanks de enorme vriendelijkheid en de goede hyvhiene zou ik er geen tweede keer boeken.

Cons:

De faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en de ongezelligheid van het dakterras.
De airco die vol op het bed blaast.
De koelkast die heel veel herrie maakt.
Het slechte uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

Pros:

Homestay très bien situé, très près de la vieille ville. Sympathique terrasse avec jolie vue. Gentillesse de la propriétaire, organisation des transferts arrivée et départ.

Очень приветливая хозяйка. Обьяснила как куда пройти, всегда встречала и провожала.

Cons:

Слив в душевой был сделан не правильно, по этому вода стояла в центре ванны, плитка глянцевая, скользко. Нет полки для шампуней. Освещение включить и выключить можно только при входе, розетки расположены не удобно.

The best place I’ve stayed in all of Vietnam! Don’t even think twice, just book it.

It’s a 5-8 minute walk from all the action. But the location is what did it for me. Away from the noise yet close enough from everything. I stayed in the superior double room, which overlooked the river. Room was super clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well every night here.

I stayed here for 4 nights so I got an opportunity to explore at my own pace which was so nice! I loved coming back to the room every time, it was like my little oasis of calm and peace. The host family is super kind and wonderful! You will be taken really good care of.

Great value for money. 100/10 recommend staying here!

Sehr bemühte und gastfreundliche Familie die immer sofort da war sobald man das Homestay betreten hat.
Sehr günstig zum waschen und Fahrräder ausleihen
10-15 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt, mit dem Rad 3min
Kleiner Pool reicht völlig zum abkühlen.

Good location, away from the crowd yet very easy to walk everywhere. Renting bikes at a very reasonable price anyway, that they were kind to not charge for it at all! I arranged my transfer from and to Da Nang airport through them, again the price was even better than Grab or any other service/shuttle and very convenient. Extremely clean property and room, spacious as well and overlooking the river. No noise other than birds chipping. Very nice breakfast available at a very reasonable price as well. They were flexible for very late check in. Dir my laundry there, very cheap again and available in a day and done perfectly! Above all, kindest people that you could ever meet, she speaks English, always ready to help. On top of all these they gave me a beautiful present, a tie from the city, how sweet ❤️ Stay here people!

One of our best bookings, not just in Asia, but of all times!
Pros:

Everything about this property was perfect. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The host was so kind and helpful in organizing transportation and bike rentals for us. The breakfast was delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The location was very close to old downtown but yet our street was quiet, especially at night. The facility even had a small refreshing pool. One of our best bookings ever. I highly recommend this place.

La propriétaire était adorable et nous a même trouvé un taxi pour l'aéroport à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. La chambre était très agréable et la meilleure salle de bain de notre séjour au Vietnam. J'ai été très touchée par le fait qu'elle voit sur mon passeport que mon anniversaire arrivait et qu'elle m'offre un présent lors de notre départ. Merci encore!

Cons:

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver la température de clim idéale, ce qui nous a gêné durant la nuit (réveils multiples) mais ce souci est à la sensibilité de chacun.

Súper amable la anfitriona, siempre atenta, a disposición para ayudar en lo que necesitemos, muy predispuesta y cálida. Preocupada por nuestro bienestar. Nos habían cancelado nuestra próxima reserva en otro alojamiento y ella tenía disponibilidad para que nos quedemos una noche más, así que nos ayudó a resolver ese inconveniente, y el traslado al aeropuerto. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda tal cual las fotos, confortable, excelente relación calidad precio. La ubicación perfecta.
