The best place I’ve stayed in all of Vietnam! Don’t even think twice, just book it.

It’s a 5-8 minute walk from all the action. But the location is what did it for me. Away from the noise yet close enough from everything. I stayed in the superior double room, which overlooked the river. Room was super clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well every night here.

I stayed here for 4 nights so I got an opportunity to explore at my own pace which was so nice! I loved coming back to the room every time, it was like my little oasis of calm and peace. The host family is super kind and wonderful! You will be taken really good care of.

Great value for money. 100/10 recommend staying here!

10-15 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt, mit dem Rad 3min
Kleiner Pool reicht völlig zum abkühlen.

Good location, away from the crowd yet very easy to walk everywhere. Renting bikes at a very reasonable price anyway, that they were kind to not charge for it at all! I arranged my transfer from and to Da Nang airport through them, again the price was even better than Grab or any other service/shuttle and very convenient. Extremely clean property and room, spacious as well and overlooking the river. No noise other than birds chipping. Very nice breakfast available at a very reasonable price as well. They were flexible for very late check in. Dir my laundry there, very cheap again and available in a day and done perfectly! Above all, kindest people that you could ever meet, she speaks English, always ready to help. On top of all these they gave me a beautiful present, a tie from the city, how sweet ❤️ Stay here people!

Tout était parfait. Le couple qui habite dans la maison est discret mais toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Super terrasse sur le toit qui donne sur la rivière pour voir le coucher de soleil.

Everything was just great. Great location (10 minutes walk from the centre). The hosts couldn’t do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything about this property was perfect. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The host was so kind and helpful in organizing transportation and bike rentals for us. The breakfast was delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The location was very close to old downtown but yet our street was quiet, especially at night. The facility even had a small refreshing pool. One of our best bookings ever. I highly recommend this place.

La propriétaire était adorable et nous a même trouvé un taxi pour l'aéroport à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. La chambre était très agréable et la meilleure salle de bain de notre séjour au Vietnam. J'ai été très touchée par le fait qu'elle voit sur mon passeport que mon anniversaire arrivait et qu'elle m'offre un présent lors de notre départ. Merci encore!

Súper amable la anfitriona, siempre atenta, a disposición para ayudar en lo que necesitemos, muy predispuesta y cálida. Preocupada por nuestro bienestar. Nos habían cancelado nuestra próxima reserva en otro alojamiento y ella tenía disponibilidad para que nos quedemos una noche más, así que nos ayudó a resolver ese inconveniente, y el traslado al aeropuerto. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda tal cual las fotos, confortable, excelente relación calidad precio. La ubicación perfecta.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce homestay, très bien accueillie par une famille attentionnée et disponible, chambre propre et équipements de qualité, très bon emplacement proche du centre tout en étant au calme!

The owners were very welcoming and friendly and helpful, The accommodation was excellent, nice and clean with air-conditioning and hot shower, the beds were very comfortable. We were given water every day. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. We were close to shops and restaurants and old town.on the last day of our stay gave us a gift.We definitely recommend staying here.

The Hospitality - The hosts were super nice, and it felt like we were part of the family. Somebody would greet you upon return and very quick to help if there were any questions or recommendations. They also bought us a small gift on our final day, which was a lovely touch.
Price was fantastic, and great location.
