Great view but room needed upgrading/ attention

Food was ok .

Cons:

Room and bathroom were very tired and in need of an upgrade . There were two single mattresses on a king size base that didn’t fit to the edge of the base which was strange .

Personal war super!
Nett, hilfreich und stehts bemüht einem einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
Das Städtchen selbst. Klein und gemütlich. Kein Vergleich zu Salo oder Sirmione. Wer es eher ruhig mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer mit Seeblick. Es gibt auch Zimmer zur Straße hin. Bitte bei Buchung beachten!
Sehr gutesFrühstück. Ist in Italien ja nicht immer so...
Pool sauber und groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind echt schmal dimensioniert. Sind eher für nen 500er Fiat gedacht als für heutige Kfz.
Leider kein direkter Seezugang. Das war aber alles vorher bekannt. Platz am Lago ist natürlich Mangelware!

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, von der ersten Sekunde an bis zur letzten. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und mir ist bisher nirgends so viel Freundlichkeit begegnet wie dort, ob im Hotel oder im Restaurant des Hotels. Wir hatten nur Strassenblick gebucht und auf dem Weg bereits einen Anruf erhalten, dass sie uns auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick upgegradet haben.
Wir waren am Donnerstag, den 26.03.2026 noch im Restaurant Abend essen, die beiden Servicekräfte waren überaus freundlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch, auch morgens beim Frühstück.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, ihr habt den Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht.

La posizione, la vista dalla camera, la cordialità dello staff

Cons:

Parcheggi molto stretti, non ideali se si ha una vettura grande.
Il corridoio delle camere andrebbe illuminato di più; la moquette scura e la poca illuminazione rendono l'ambiente piuttosto cupo.

Pros:

La atención fue excepcional por parte de todos los trabajadores, las recepcionistas muy agradables, ayudándonos en todo momento. Nos pusieron una habitación con vistas al lago que era prefecta, amplia y limpia. Muy tranquilo el ambiente. ¡Tienen piscina interior que es un punto más que positivo! El desayuno y las camareras fantásticas :)
