We loved our stay. We would reccomend others to stay here.
Pros:

We loved the pool
Staff were friendly
Food was good
Room was spacious
Our face washers and cold drinks on arrival
Breaky boxes at 4 am before safari

Nice stay, good for 1 night
Pros:

The room itself was nice and the service was good, we had to switch from 2 person to 3 person room and they helped us really well

Cons:

A lot of staff did not speak English a lot, and we were the only tourists there, it felt a bit awkward.

Lovely rooms and pool
Pros:

It had very peaceful atmosphere on arrival, they helped us check in early. Lovely pool. Clean rooms. Staff very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Some facilities out of use I.e gym and pool table. Buffet was often cold/luke warm.

Great value stay
Pros:

This is a small property near Yala. A note of caution: while it’s advertised as a 5-star hotel, it really isn’t—but I was aware of that from the price and the pictures, so I didn’t come in with unrealistic expectations.

To my surprise, the stay turned out better than expected. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with a refreshing drink and a cool towel. The room was standard but spacious, clean, and came with a balcony overlooking the pool.

We had the half board option, and the dinner buffet was good. There weren’t too many choices, but the quality was nice and everything was enjoyable. A big plus was that the hotel provided us with a breakfast box at 4 a.m. for our safari, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Overall, considering the competitive price, I think this property delivers great value and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a fair price near Yala.

Pros:

Great hotel, nice room with enough space for 3 people, really enjoyable swimming-pool.
The restaurant was nice.
Staff very friendly but sometimes communication was difficult as some of them did not speak a really fluent English. But they tried their best for each of our demand.

Pros:

Toilet Malfunctions – The toilets in the room were not functioning properly. They were not flushing or refilling, causing significant inconvenience.
No Room Change Offered – Despite reporting the issue, the hotel did not offer an alternative room or any assistance to resolve the matter.
Language Barrier – None of the staff members were able to communicate in English, making it very difficult to get help or explanations.
No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no prior notice or explanation.
Disturbance at Night – There were multiple incidents of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night, which was alarming and unacceptable.
Poor Service – Overall, the service provided by the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful.
Random Door Knocking – We felt unsafe due to unexplained and random knocking on our door throughout the night.

Friendly staff and great pool area
Pros:

Pool area was great, especially when travelling with kids. Location was excellent as close to a few restaurants and Yala which meant we didn’t have to wake too early for the early morning safari.

Cons:

Ground floor room standards were variable, we requested a move due to insects in one of our rooms due to a gap in the door. Hotel staff were friendly, responsive and helped resolve the issue.

Superb
Pros:

The staff is amazing, very nice, very helpful, always smiling, everyone is so polite. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pool is fantastic. They took care of our transfer from the previous hotel and also organized a full day safari to Yala, so we couldn't ask anything they wouldn't help with. We had a very pleasant stay.
