Coming from the US, we love AC and didn’t realize these rooms didn’t have central air but overall the staff was very nice and polite and took very clean

Clean hotel and comfortable. But no air con and no fridge to store drinks. Had building work opposite which was so nosiy and would have liked to have been told about this. Small hotel so no possibility to move rooms. Good location but needs air con or more ventilation.

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Das Classic-Doppelzimmer war sehr ansprechend, sauber, ruhig und hatte einen Parkettboden, aber für 2 Personen doch relativ klein mit wenig Abstelllächen, da es im Bad gar keine Abstellmöglichkeiten oder Haken hatte. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt reicht es völlig. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber die darin integrierte Dusche dafür genügend gross. Grundsätzlich jedoch nichts für korpulente Personen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Hotel, aber auch ziemlich klein. Im Kleiderschrank kriegt man kaum Sachen unter. Für den klassischen Städtetrip jedoch sehr geeignet.

The guy at the reception in the morning shift was extremely agressive. I asked the guy in the night shift for a late check out at least one hour as I wanted to sleep, he said ok. Then in the next day the other called with an attitude and he literally told me “ I give you 10 minutes to leave or you pay!!” Like I’m in the army or I’m asking for his mercy!!! Was a weird experience, I never had it in my life. Also when I left he told me a bad words. I’m speechless about his agressive attitude. He needs to learn how to be professional and have some skills on the hospitality.

Great hotel the only thing that was missing was ac in the room as it was very hot 35 degrees but it had a fan

A really lovely stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room and location in Paris were excellent. Really good value for money. Would definitely return!

Værelse og toilet måske en anelse småt, men funktionelt alligevel.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, this being my first time in Paris.

Only thing I perhaps did not like at first was when you go out you have to give the desk the room key. At first this seemed strange but it was not a problem at all. I am sure they are just trying to monitor who is coming and going for safety reasons

Excellent hotel that doesn't cost a fortune.Very helpful desk employees. Great location. Very comfortable. Only complaint (although not their fault) is very noisy outdoor bar across the street! Ugh.

very friendly staff

Our "pass sanitaire" was not checked at book in and frequently guests were in the lounge area without masks.

Some signage regarding number of people in the lift would have been helpful, my wife was subjected to other guests crowding in around her; she exited the lift and took the stairs.

An old towel was found under the bed.

The bed was small and uncomfortable, several times I nearly fell out, and didn't once have a decent night's sleep.

The room was too small for a standard double, probably okay as a single.

The staff were friendly and helpful, it is the owner/management who need to get their act together.

Rigtig dejlig beliggenhed centralt i et godt område. Personale er smilende og der er åbent 24/7. Værelset helt udemærket med fin komfort i sengen. Badeværelset lugtede dog ret indelukket/muggent og vi var nødt til at have udsugning tændt hele tiden.
