When I first arrived, I observed two roaches in the room, which is a serious cleanliness concern.

Additionally, the hotel’s internet system was down, and I was told I had to pay the deposit in cash or I would be denied service, which was very inconvenient and unexpected. After about an hour, they were finally able to manually process my card.

On top of that, the front desk employee was rude and unprofessional during the interaction.

I would like this issue documented and escalated, and I’m requesting a resolution regarding the condition of the room and the service I received.”

Check out at 11 am. It would be at 12 md.
I renew may reservation and they call me many time because they rush me to sign the new reservation.
They hold me $100 as a deposit and I dont receive the refund yet. I sended a Email, about the issue and I still waiting..

What I liked about the property is that it was in the middle of everything restaurants stores gas stations. It was the perfect location and about 20 minutes. Travel out to. Everything’s

It was dirty. It wasn’t clean. Staff wasn’t welcoming at all. The hotel was horrible. I had roaches in my room. The neighbor across the hall had roaches in her room. Our phone in the room didn’t work the toilet keep messing up ! Seems like they didn’t even wash the covers or sheets or towels wasn’t happy at all
