Deco On 44

Nice and beautiful hotel but no WiFi connection inside the room. They are willing to change me into another room but that room is smaller and the WiFi is not in a good connection too.

Clean, nice hotel with a very comfy bed. Hotel is located in the middle of Galle Fort close to the main road padlar street.

Staff was friendly and helped us arrange tuktuk. The room was clean and spacious but the aircon was very noisy on the first night, needs maintenance

Lovely colonial property in the middle of the Fort, Art Deco theme is continued throughout. Didn’t eat there as breakfast seemed very expensive; there is a huge variety of eateries nearby, from trendy cafes to high class dining, to small local shops. Suite was comfy, although the bathroom separated bedroom from living area, so it wasn’t one large space. Didn’t use living area. No dark curtains over nets so light let in in morning.

Huge heritage, colonial style room. Good location, walkable around the fort. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will recommend!

This is a really beautiful Art Deco Hotel which was faultless in its presentation. Our room and bathroom were huge, clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool is also lovely.
The staff were wonderful - always friendly and helpful.

Great location right in the middle of the fort nice rooms, nice hot showers - enjoyed the pool - staff were very helpful even had umbrellas for us to use.

The manager is a disgrace, with no understanding of hospitality. Shouted agressively at me and our driver after not agreeing to pay for my driver's accomodation despite emailing us to say they would beforehand. Ruined our 1st night in Sri Lanka in what would otherwise have been a nice hotel.

This is the second time we stayed at Deco on 44. It is a lovely hotel in the center of Galle Fort. The rooms are large and either face the pool or have an attached large balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good!

Great hotel right in the middle of Fort Galle, funky architecture, excellent breakfast. Pool was nice for those hot afternoons. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great one night stay in Galle Fort. Junior suite room very spacious and comfortable. Great little pool to allow you to cool down at the end of the day . Great breakfast and the staff even made a juice from the wood apples we bought locally.

Trevligt hotell mitt i Fort. Tyst och bekvämt. Trevlig pool på innergården med solstolar och gratis handdukar. Trevlig personal och superb frukost.

Room was nicely decorated and large, bathroom a bit dark. Pool was nice and best of all was the wonderful breakfast on the patio.
