Pros:

Location was best part. Bus,tram,shopping, dining and walk to major attractions. Local people nearby. One main road you can find every thing money exchange, dining, Sim cards,hair salons and gifts for friends. Rooms are small but for tourists rooms are not that important.

Cons:

Hallway and elevator areas can be more colder and cleaner.
