The staff were extremely attentive from the moment that we arrived. There is a 24 front desk person. Security with a keypad outside. They would see us coming and open the door for us. There is plenty of hot water and great towels. The mattresses extremely comfortable. In addition, it is handicap friendly with ramps and railings and something on the cement so that you don’t slip and fall!!! Free bottled water in the room and free water available in the common area. There are elevators which are a must. The free breakfast includes eggs cooked your way in addition to fruit, granola and yogurt, toast. As well as a couple of other hot dishes. The coffee was delicious and tea was available too. All in all I rate our stay five stars. We live in Ecuador so will be back to stay again. Thank you for your fantastic customer service and your awesome staff!

Very clean, very nice staff, love that it had elevators
The staff are wonderful and everything is so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was over the top delicious. Showers were hot too! I loved it.
There are alot of city noises and may be close to a firehouse. But that's just part of Quito. No fault of the hotel.
