Pros:

Hotel Ceeds? More like Hotel Seedy. The WORST hotel I have ever stayed at not only in Japan, but worldwide. I paid $136 for a one night stay on a Saturday night. The hotel in general stinks, there are stains everywhere, no sheets on the mattress, no bedside plug ins and no overhead lights.

I wish I would have stayed at a capsule hotel instead.

フロントでの接客態度が悪い。
照明が少な過ぎ。

最低限せめて当たり障りない程度の接客だと不快でないです。
Pros:

フロントの対応が丁寧で親切な人、無愛想で横柄な人、違いすぎて面食らいました。
清掃は5分で終わるので、ゴミ回収とシーツを変えているだけで掃除機をかけたりお風呂を洗ったりはしていないのかもしれません。
水回りには水垢が溜まっていましたので。

フロント対応は愛想はなくともせめて横柄では無いくらいだとありがたいです。
こちらが落ち度があったのかと思わされました。

臭いが残念
Pros:

チェックイン時のスタッフさんの応対は気持ち良かったし部屋も広くアメニティも有りましたが部屋が芳香剤？ファブリーズ？の臭いが強く数時間、窓を全開にしました。

Pros:

前回より広い部屋で快適でした！
ベッドのマットがずれていて、押し戻したらシーツも全部ずれて直すのが面倒くさかったので快適度、コンディションマイナス１です。
しかし従業員の方はとても親切で延長コードを貸してもらえたりコンビニで買い物して入ってなかったので割りばしをもらったりと大変助かりました。
シャワーヘッドをかけるところや洗面台に水垢が溜まっていたり、備え付けのグラスが綺麗に洗えていなくて角の部分が曇っていたり掃除は適当にしているのかもしれないですが、気になるなら自分で洗って使えばいいと思います。

Pros:

禁煙で予約し、チェックイン時に確認した処部屋が全て喫煙ルームである事を告げられた。→ふざけるなと言いたくなる！

アダルトオンリーという単語を当方が知らなかっただけかもしれないが
人昔で言う「ラブホテル」であった。そうであったら予約はしなかった。

駅近、便利！
Pros:

梅田から徒歩圏内で、予約が取れるホテルでよかった！です。周辺は、アダルトホテルがいっぱい、窓の外はお寺さん、懐かしい雰囲気です。飾りのないビジネスホテルのようなインテリアに好感持てます。

To stay near Umeda
Pros:

The room was big enough for two people and so was the bathroom, however, it looked like a very old hotel that was not maintained properly. There were signs of mold and dirt on the walls and it smelled humid but it was Ok for a night or two.

Pros:

This was awful. We had booked 2 nights and paid upfront and even then we left after the first night and found somewhere else to stay. It's a 'love hotel', and while I have no problem with what other people choose to do, I do have a problem if the rooms are not properly cleaned afterwards! There were stains on everything, and I thought I heard cockroaches in the night. The staff were quite rude, the area felt dodgy, and to top it all off, they played loud dance/pop music in the corridor through the whole night.
