Atendimento muito ruim e experiência do cliente pessima!

Localização próxima ao aeroporto.

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção deixou muito a desejar.
Estávamos em um grupo chegando de viagem, e uma pessoa do grupo havia feito a reserva diretamente com o hotel. Ao chegarmos, fomos informados de que a reserva dela havia sido cancelada. Segundo a equipe, essa seria uma política do hotel: caso o check-in não seja realizado até as 18h e o pagamento não tenha sido efetuado, a reserva é cancelada.
No entanto, a pessoa já havia fornecido o cartão ao hotel, e entendo que, ainda assim, o mínimo esperado seria um contato prévio antes de simplesmente cancelarem a reserva.
Chegamos de um voo tarde da noite, cansados, e foi um grande transtorno precisar procurar outro hotel naquele momento, ainda mais após sermos informados de que não havia mais disponibilidade.
Mas, sem dúvida, o pior de toda a experiência foi o atendimento na recepção: faltou empatia, atenção e real disposição para ajudar os hóspedes.
Depois de muita insistência da nossa parte, surpreendentemente informaram que, na verdade, havia quartos disponíveis, mas que ainda precisavam de limpeza e que, se quiséssemos, poderíamos aguardar.
A pergunta que ficou foi: por que essa opção não foi apresentada desde o início?
O tempo que passamos na recepção já teria sido suficiente para que esse quarto fosse limpo e liberado.
No fim, ficou a sensação de que foi muito mais cômodo simplesmente repetir: “infelizmente, é a política do hotel. Sinto muito mas não há nada que podemos fazer.”
Ao final, nem mesmo a opção da limpeza do quarto foi possível, e através do booking buscamos outra opção. Detalhe: no próprio booking aparecia disponibilidade de quartos nesse mesmo hotel.

Hotel agradável, porém fiz reserva de uma cama de casal e juntaram duas camas de solteiro, o que não ficou confortável.

Nao era uma cama de casal. Eles juntaram duas de solteiro. Ficava ruim para deitar no meio da cama e eu precisei dormir no canto como se fosse uma cama de solteiro.

Top hotel voor deze prijs
Pros:

De locatie en de comfortabele nette kamers. Evenook het ontbijt was top. Groot buffet en zeer vers.
Ik was aangenaam verrast van dit hotel. En om eerlijk te zijn als je de receptie binnenloopt dan denk je waar ben ik nu weer beland. Schreeuwiger fel licht en een kille receptie. Maar de kamer en het ontbijt maken alles goed. Nette kamer, goed bed, frigo aanwezig. Ook de douche was zeer fijn. Top hotel voor deze prijs !
