Hoi An Red Frangipani Villa

L hotel est dans un cadre idyllique .... loin de là foule d hoi an mais proche en vélo, prêté par l hotel!!
La famille est très très sympathique!! Merci a eux

when we arrived at hotel, gate was closed, tried calling and no one answered the phone. after waiting 1-1/2 hr left to find somewhere else to stay and that took another hour. They will not refund money paid for my stay. Called Expedia that night and they could not reach anyone either. Since they will not cancel the reservation they stole my money

The free bikes constantly broke.
The welcome drinks were non existent.
My overpriced laundry came back dirty.
The WiFi was patchy at best.
The pool water was dirty.
I got a huge discount on their rack rate through Expedia and still felt short changed.

All is good

Lovely big room, beautiful quiet setting and lovely, friendly folk, with 3 beautiful dogs.
Everything we wanted

The water in the shower was boiling hot one minute and cold the next. Dangerous! The room was beautiful, so was breakfast and the pool. The desk was mostly unattended. They never heard of a shuttle to Danang Airport 110.000, told me a car would be 300,000. Shuttle has been widely advertised !

Vogels mij heb ik dit al eens verteld, maar het verblijf in de Hoi An Franipangi Villa is ons op alle niveaus uitstekend bevallen. Het ziet er geweldig uit, het is er superschoon, de mensen zijn hartstikke lief, et cetera, et cetera. Hoi An is een geweldig mooi plaatsje.

Een fantastisch mooi, leuk gelegen en uitstekend onderhouden hotel met topservice. Bijzonder hartelijke mensen vooral. Zeer proper.

Really lovely place, great room and service. A bit outside the ancient town but they have free bikes and its a 15 minute ride in. We had bad weather but had it been nice, the pool area would have been perfect to laze around. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Red Frangipani Villa. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and the rooms spacious and very clean. The pool and gardens are lovely. Tucked away on a quiet street beside the river with a working field across the road, it is a perfect getaway from the busyness of Old Town. Some difficulty with water heater during our visit was only concern.

Best home stay ever.

This was an extended stay booking having already spent 2 nights at the hotel previously. The only downside was the yappy resort dog making a fuss whenever a motorbike arrived after dark..

Amazing place out in the country.
Cheap clean and spacious rooms with bath and own outside shower.
Big breakfast with no time limits you can have it when you want.
Nice and polite owners and staff.
Outdoor Pool

The hotel was located perfectly between downtown Hoi An and the beach - about a 10 minute bike ride to each. It is just off the main street, along rice fields and the river, which made the location very peaceful and relaxing, but still close enough to all the sites and delicious food in the area. The pool and free breakfast were also fantastic. We only planned to stay three nights, but ended up staying six because we loved it so much. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful booking us taxis, lending us bikes etc.
Breakfast is served everyday outside by the garden and is fantastic.
The pool is a bonus too!

Tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, toller Pool, super Aufenthalt!

Local location across the road from Rice fields. We liked the bike ride into the city and beach (free bike hire)!

The personnal are lovely and overall great stay.
