1 guy from Receptionist team who was in charge of day shift had bad expression. He did not smile even 1 time. Night shift guy was very helpful.
A decent hotel with a comfortable bed (not like Vietnamese hardboard). Efficient receptionist. The shower was a bit capricious (hot/cold/hot again) but it had good pressure.
Breakfast was mediocre at best
The price, location, room.
That I had to ask several times before they would come to my room to check the issue with the shower and the a/c. Once they checked, they moved me to another room. Plus, I saw 3 other people who checked in and moved from that room during my stay.

The room was clean and spacious, and the linens were so fresh. No smell the room. The breakfast was so good, the owner cooked by herself and maintained the place very well.
The location is a little far from the center but very quiet, no noise from the street. Lots of restaurants around.
