Please note that the hotel's spa opening hours vary throughout the year from Monday to Friday from 15:00 until 21:00, 11:30 to 20:00 on Saturdays and 11:30 until 18:00 on Sundays.

Cons:

at i reklamere med at det er et spa hotel, men at den lukker allerede kl 20 - og man skal booke tid inden fordi hotellet sælger pladser til folk uden for hotellet. - jeg kom ind med færgen kl 19.50, og havde glædet mig til en tur i sauna efter en lang dag, men dette kunne så ikke lade sig gøre. - hvis det blot er en overnatning, så kunne jeg have valgt et langt billigere hotel. Ellers fint værelse, god udsigt osv.

I would definitely stay again and book through the hotel

Cons:

I booked through a 3rd party and first room was facing parking on ground floor with no window. I was initially very unhappy until they moved me up a few floors and I could at least keep the door to the parking lot open

Alt fungerer rigtig godt og har været der mange gange.

A pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

Atmosphere, location, breakfast, facilities were all excellent. The stuff was very kind, the spa facilities really nice, so overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Cons:

I would like some more attention to detail, mainly in terms of cleaning (dust), but that is just a detail, overall the rooms were pretty clean
