Weather made it almost unbearable.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for seeing london sites.
Pros:

The location was great for all transport links.
Staff were so helpful and as soon as we arrived we were able to drop off luggage.

Cons:

Everything was great. The room was so warm, but not the hotel's fault. London was mid heat wave. There was a fan in the room and ice cold water was given by staff to help cool down also. So no real negatives.

Oke.
Pros:

De ligging en het vriendelijke personeel. Het feit dat je de bagage in het hotel kan laten.

Cons:

We zaten op verdieping drie en het was heel erg warm op de kamer. De ventilator bracht geen soelaas.

Lovely hotel, will come again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great position, lovely interior, clean and comfortable.
The staff were lovely too and because it’s next to a park and off the main roads it was quiet.

Cons:

It was a bit warm on a summer day on the top floor but they provided a really good quality fan so it soon cooled and we had no problem sleeping.

If I had to say something, I wish there was an alternative to a duvet on the bed in the summertime. 😆
