Spotless - exceptionally clean
Pros:

Shout out to the cleaning staff ladies at Winchester because this property was SPOTLESS. Our shower didn’t even have a spot of mildew. Everything was neat and tidy, towels, bed. Didn’t mind having to share a toilet on our floor because even that was squeaky clean. Incredibly impressive up-keeping despite the age of the building. Hats off to the cleaning staff who have to attend to all the rooms despite the narrow spaces.
A nicely stocked tea set as well. Exceptionally close to Kings Cross or a short walk to many restaurants.

Cons:

As with most London properties we’ve stayed at - the soundproofing between units is almost nil. You can hear the conversations in bed, just be aware. Nothing a pair of earplugs can’t solve tho.

An affordable, safe and comfortable stay .
Pros:

Very clean. Friendly staff , great value for money and great location

Cons:

Room was small and I felt the bathroom facilities wee too small for that many people sharing .but then again there were four of us and it served its purpose for the night .

Impressed have booked again to stay
Pros:

Location and how quiet it was. Friendly staff. Aesthetically the reception and the room very well thought out and these touches make all the difference. I was in a single and ut was quite spacious. Nice hot shower and toilet, sink etc very clean. Overall I enjoyed this place and have rebooked to stay again with my partner soon.

Cons:

The room was slightly too cool for me but not enough to complain about. There wasn't anywhere to hang my hand towel and I put it on the radiator. Only to later notice the radiator was full of cobwebs and very dusty. Of course not a usual place to notice. So I asked for a replacement hand towel but I suspect it wasn't because a folded up one was put on the shelf and it felt damp. But these are just minor dislikes and I've still rebooked to stay here again.

Pros:

De kamer is schoon en comfortabel. De kamers zijn de afgelopen jaren opgeknapt en dat valt positief op!
Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een citytrip.
De bagage mochten wij achter laten toen de kamer nog niet klaar was. Bij terugkomst in het hotel waren de koffers op de kamer gezet. De service is geweldig.

Great location, charming hotel, clean and comfortable
Pros:

It is the 3rd time I come to this hotel, and I will definitely come back in the future. The location is excellent, especially when travelling by Eurostar. You can leave your luggage at the lobby when you check out, and come back later during the day, before catching your train. The lobby is open 24 hours. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the bed is confortable. There is no breakfast available, but just 4 minutes away you have a wide variety of places to choose from.
My room was big enough for me, and there was a new shower and toilet. There is some tea and coffee to enjoy. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Maybe the noise you can hear from other rooms. The acoustic of the room could be improved. This didn’t disturb me but it could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Also there are no lifts and most rooms are accessible by stairs . But this is already mentioned in the description of the hotel so it is not a surprise.
