Pros:

Everything went perfect. Kids enjoyed the activities and water slides so much, they didn't want to leave the hotel! Special thanks to activities team - you are rock!
I felt safe for my kids with the safeguards while we were in the pools and could relax.
The food and drinks were very good, great variety of taste every day! Many thanks to the staff members!

Amazing lovely hotel
Pros:

Very child friendly. I deal for families with children up to 14 years of age. Food very good. Staff lovely.

Cons:

They have new staff and they need to be a little more on it when it comes to checking soap in the bathroom and changing towels. However the minute you highlight it they put it right.

What truly impressed us, however, was the food quality. As seasoned all-inclusive guests, we have come to expect average-to-decent buffet fare at best. Louis St. Elias completely defied that expectation. The menu was diverse, creative, and executed with real care. Highlights included a perfectly cooked duck and a standout Korean chicken dish — the kind of quality you would expect from a dedicated restaurant, not an all-inclusive resort.
