Overall we enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere and would be happy to stay again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, especially as we had stayed at the property before. The room was spacious and had a large veranda, which was great. Our son really enjoyed the variety of food available and could always find something to eat, especially at the pool bar.

Cons:

The rooms could benefit from some renovation and updating.

שהינו במלון ונהנינו מאוד מהחוויה. הצוות היה פשוט מקסים, אדיב ושירותי לאורך כל השהות, ותמיד היה מוכן לעזור בכל דבר.

סבתא שלי התניידה בכיסא גלגלים, ובהתחלה קיבלנו חדר שהיה רחוק יחסית מהאזורים המרכזיים במלון, מה שהיה מעט מאתגר. עם זאת, הצוות באמת עשה מאמצים כדי למצוא עבורנו את הפתרון הטוב ביותר ולשפר את הנוחות שלה, ועל כך אנחנו מאוד מעריכים אותם.

הארוחות במלון היו מעולות, הבריכות נעימות מאוד והאווירה כולה הייתה רגועה וכיפית.

החיסרון היחיד מבחינתנו הוא המיקום – המלון מעט מרוחק מהאזור המרכזי, ולמעשה כמעט כל יציאה מחוץ למלון דורשת נסיעה של לפחות 20 דקות ולעיתים אף יותר.

בסך הכול הייתה לנו שהות נהדרת, ובעיקר בזכות הצוות המדהים והשירות שקיבלנו. בהחלט מקום שנשמח לחזור אליו.

Hard to rate - we enjoyed every moment but it was let down by small fixable issues

Food was very good. Location was beautiful.
2 bed apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Paths were broken and dirty.
Lack of effort to clean up and tidy during the day around the pool and bar.
Aged rooms with wires hanging down and patched up painting.
