Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient.
Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointing experience compared with my previous stays at this hotel. I booked two rooms (106 and 107). During the night, there was loud noise coming from the pub on the ground floor, as well as noise in the corridor, which disturbed our sleep.
Several basic items such as tissues, towels, an iron box, and a toothbrush/toothpaste were not available in the rooms and had to be requested from room service. Even after requesting them, I had to call multiple times before receiving them.
There was also an unpleasant smell entering the room, which made the stay less comfortable.
I have stayed at this hotel many times before and had good experiences, but unfortunately this visit was not up to the standard I previously experienced.
