Guys if u don’t have patience To assist the customer change the field so u can work as a engineer not something related
Pros:

The reception staff was very unprofessional
He refused to assist me with check in and asked his colleague to help me instead of him
It felt as though he was acting as if he owned the hotel, choosing whom he wanted to assist and whom he did not. He was not even wearing his name tag, and when I asked for his name, I think his name was Sonu.

We booked for 1 large bed
But after reaching hotek they said its not available and provided 2 single beds for couple
Which we are not happy about

And hotel staff was not welcoming gesture which kind of gives a bad vibe
