Pros:

L’amabilité et le dévouement du personnel. L’ambiance élégante. La proximité du centre, à 2 pas de la tour Bitexco . Important à savoir, en sortant de l’hôtel, sur la gauche à 2 où 3 petites boutiques il y a un bureau de change très intéressant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. Au alentours de la fête du Têt il y a eu dans le buffet une pénurie de nourriture évidente . Beaucoup de clients se sont plaints mais aucune excuse. Ensuite une amélioration a été bienvenue. Cependant nous avons déploré l’absence d’excellents fruits comme les ananas ou les mangue, fruits du pays et de saison ! En proposant des fruits de second ordre comme des fruits du dragon ( sans aucun goût ) , des petites pommes insipides ou de la pastèque (de l’eau) on ne risque pas de se faire dévaliser le buffet…
Les œufs et omelettes sont excellents

Fantastic staff.
Pros:

Quiet and very comfortable despite the very central location the rooms were peaceful.
Moved to the hotel from another location- the team could not have been more helpful efficient or caring. Made what could have been a stressful experience extremely comfortable

Cons:

Nothing!! Maybe a few more sun beds if I'm being picky

Excellent staff, good position and great hotel
Pros:

Well appointed. Staff were excellent. Nicely situated slightly away from the busy areas. Decent restaurants very close.
Afternoon tea was a bonus, breakfast very good and the pool area was a nice addition.

Nice hotel, great location - but needs more focus to details
Pros:

The welcome drink was really refreshing.
Location is super central.
The complimentary afternoon tea is a nice gesture - but it was very obvious that the food offered there were only leftovers from breakfast. I like the whole recycling concept but it would feel more exclusive with a few additional dishes not from the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

I liked the rooftop pool - but there were only 6 sunchairs.

Will definitely return to Vietnam and hotel as the people and the country left a lasting impression
Pros:

The staff were lovely I give them all 5 Star especially Kent the manager who made sure our stay was a memorable one. Very clean hotel, and the location was very central to everything so we were able to walk to most places.
