Pros:

Stayed at Au Lac with my husband and two young kids, and we had a great experience. The team was incredibly friendly, and a special thank you to Kent (the manager) who was helpful even before we arrived, sorting transport and guest services made everything seamless. The hotel is clean, and the location is perfect, especially for families with young kids who don’t want to walk far. Really appreciate the hospitality, thank you Kent!

Stay here!!
Pros:

Location was great, squeezed in four main attractions which was walkable. didn’t get to swim but the pool was very nice. Wish we didn’t miss a night due to unforeseen circumstances. They knew our names, gave us a late check out, breakfast and slippers. Felt right at home.

Cons:

Visit wasn’t long enough. Thanks for having us

Perfekte Lage, super Frühstück & Personal
Pros:

Sehr schickes Boutique-Hotel zentral in der Innenstadt mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Sehr großes Badezimmer, was eher einem 5-Sterne Standard entspricht. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!

Really nice hotel in a good central location with excellent facilities and rooms. The rooftop pool was a good size with nice seating surrounding it.

All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they must have noted from my passport it was my birthday during our stay and presented me with cake and sang 'happy birthday' at breakfast - a nice touch.
