I would like to see herbal teas (decaffeinated) and also decaffeinated coffee. More American food for breakfast.

On a adoré l’emplacement. On pouvait faire tout à pieds.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at your beautiful hotel & would recommend to anyone.

Great location, able to walk to where we wanted
Super comfortable bed
Had a couple of refreshing swims in the pool
Staff more than helpful
Breakfast selection awesome & delicious & staff were able to cater for my dietary needs
Afternoon tea lovely
Fresh coconut delicious
It was our daughter’s birthday & the staff went above and beyond to help her celebrate, giving her a delicious cake and singing “Happy Birthday “ to her at breakfast!! That was truly special!

Cons:

Stairs leading up to pool steep
Getting into pool was a challenge, I found the first step quite difficult.
Ordered a steak stir fry & the steak was so chewy I couldn’t eat it. The replacement chicken kebab was also overcooked and dry.
Room lighting over the luggage rack needs improvement.

Exceptional value, fantastic location and genuinely wonderful service, I would absolutely stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic value for money and an excellent location. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, particularly a young gentleman in the restaurant who really stood out with his service. There were so many inclusions that other hotels would normally charge extra for, which made the stay feel exceptional value. The spa was also great and very affordable. Overall, we were really impressed with what the hotel offered for the price

Cons:

Very little to fault. If I had to mention anything, some areas of the hotel are a little dated, but this certainly didn’t detract from our stay or the overall experience.
