Pros:

pool, room was ok but very small for 3 people. location handy but wish we had stayed in a different quarter as this one was very vietnamese and a bit hard to find our way as first time visitors to Vn.

Cons:

breakfast. This was great that it was included but the variety was lacking. The pastries were quite tough each day and the coffee not drinkable sadly.
