Cons:

Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend, die Mehrkornbrötchen waren TK Ware und steinhart. Die Auswahl an Brot / Brötchen war sehr mager.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Renovierung dringend nötig, Schimmel in der Dusche, bei verschiedene Fliesen fehlte die Fugenmasse ( Verletzungsgefahr).
Unter der Decke im Duschbereich waren mehrere Wasserflecken von einem Wasserschaden.
Die Tiefgarage ist eine Zumutung, da braucht man schon starke Nerven um in diese Katakombe durch mehrere Fahrmanöver einen Stellplatz zu erreichen. Ein normales Ein- und Ausfahren ist nicht möglich und das für unglaubliche 25,00€ am Tag

Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme vyrazili s partnerem a kamarády jako dva páry na výlet, tak jsme se poohlíželi po nějakém apartmánu, a apartmán v Grimm’s naprosto splnil naše očekávání. Velký prostorný apartmán, dvě ložnice a dvě samostatné koupelny, díky kterým jsme se cítili maximálně komfortně. Pokud bychom chtěli navštívit Berlín opakovaně ve větším počtu lidí, určitě bychom se vrátili na tento hotel.

Cons:

Očekávali jsme trochu pestřejší snídani, na které nebyl příliš velký výběr teplých pokrmů. Po oba dva dny byla k dispozici pouze míchaná vejce a vařená vejce, vůbec jsme neměli na výběr například parky, klobásy, slaninu, fazole, atd. I přes absenci těchto jinak myslím běžných pokrmů, byla snídaně dostačující, ale určitě není předností hotelu.

Central Berlin clean/safe accommodation
Pros:

Probably one of the best places ive ever stayed. All staff so lovely and accommodating. This was our honeymoon and honestly couldn't have asked for a better place.
central to everything youd come to Berlin for tourist wise.
We are from New Zealand and if we ever came back to Berlin, this is where we would stay. Thank you Grimms xx

„Geht so“ - OK, wenn die Betten erneuert würden.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage mitten in Berlin nahe Checkpoint Charly ist toll. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zimmer 303 wünscht sich etwas technische Pflege. Die Balkontür muss repariert werden. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe. Die Matratze gibt nach als würde man sich in ein Loch legen. Leider habe ich Rückenschmerzen nach nur einer Nacht. Ein zweite Nacht hätte ich in dem Zimmer nicht akzeptiert.
Das Frühstück macht satt, aber das war es dann auch. Insgesamt wirkt es ohne Liebe. Die einzelnen Produkte sind von schlechter Qualität, Brötchen billigste Supermarkt-Brötchen, beim Belag ist es leider nicht anders.

Legen wir jetzt einen Normalpreis inklusive Frühstück von mehr als 165€ pro Nacht an, so passt die Leistung ganz und gar nicht zum Versprechen.

Good location, also very quiet. Bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were nice to have. The people working there were also very nice.

Cons:

Floors were only vacuumed, not washed in my opinion as there was stuck dust near the edges. The air vent was very obviously mouldy. Breakfast was limited.

Tolle Lage - zentral aber in ruhiger Seitenstraße, bequemes Bett, sehr großzügiges helles Zimmer - sogar mit kleinem Balkon, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit müsste verbessert werden! Staub, Haare, Kalkflecken in der Dusche, Schmutz an den Wänden. Das hat mich am Wohlfühlen gehindert. Und für Berlin nur wenige vegane Optionen beim Frühstück. Da habe ich für 18€ kaum was gekriegt - das ist noch ausbaufähig.
