Pros:

Ein hübsches kleines Hotel, was perfekt von der Lage ist und alles hat was man für ein paar Tage in Berlin braucht.
Niedliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit Regendusche, TV und für die warmen Tage sogar eine Klimaanlage.
Die Parkplätze im Parkhaus sind nichts für Anfänger, direkt unter dem Hotel und mit Mut und Raffinesse kriegt man auch sein Auto gut unter.
Das Frühstück ist reichlich und vielseitig, für Jung und Alt geeignet und liebevoll angerichtet
Alles in allem ist das kleine Hotel sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uncomfortably warm in the apartment.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was large. We were a short uber from everywhere we wanted to go also some places within walking distance. Comfortable bed

Cons:

The washer/dryer leaked. The shower leaked. It was as hot as Hades, only one fan. Decaf coffee pods only asked for real ones several times. Soap dispenser in shower broken, clothes airer broken, main light in bathroom missing, tv remote had cardboard taped to the back of it, the floor was not clean, the air con which apparently was on was not working in our room. The said safe could not be located.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage und gemütliche Zimmer
Pros:

Mir hat besonders die ruhige, aber dennoch super zentrale Lage gefallen. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was mich wirklich gestört hat. Ein Wasserkocher oder ein kleines Kaffee-Angebot wäre nett, aber ist ja auch nicht unbedingt notwendig. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

לצערנו הרב המקום הינו מסוכן לשהייה ולא בטוח כלל! אנחנו הזמנו 2 לילות. בבוקר של הלילה הראשון אני מתעוררת מרעשים וקול של מישהו שפותח את דלת החדר(יכול להיות שלא הייתה סגורה לגמרי, מדובר בדלתות ישנות עם מפתח רגיל ולא כמו במלונות מודרנים עם כרטיסים) הם לקחו את המפתח מהמקום בקיר ( זה ממש ליד ידית הדלת והמשקוף של הדלת המיועד לשים אותו שם כדי להדליק אורות ומזגן וברחו. מישהו גנב את במפתח וניסה לפרוץ לחדר וכשמצא שיש אנשים ברח!!. ביקשתי מהמלון לבדוק מצלמות אבטחה . במצלמה רחוקה מהחדר שהיה בסוף מסדרון קטן והיא מוצבת מול המעלית. הם טענו שאני לא יכולה לצפות. הם טענו שלאחר שבדקו מצלמות לא ראו שם אנשים כלל!! מכאם עולה לי החשד שאולי מדובר או בצוות של במלון או בדיירים ליד. סכל מקרה לא הסכימו להגיש תלונה במשטרה. ניסיתי לדבר עם המשטרה אמרו לי שהמלון צריך לבוא ולדווח כמדובר במפתח שלהם. בכלל במלון לא עניין אותו במפתח , רק רצה לגבעת 50 אירו על המפתח. הם טענו ואמרו למשטרה שאני איבדתי אותו, אבל איך אולכ לאבד אותו כשפתחתי את הדלת ב23 בלילה ונכנסו לחדר ולא יצאנו עד במקרה הנורא הזה!! ומיד כשירדנו דיווחנו להם, כי בהתחלה חשבתי שמדובר בשירות החדרים שבאו ופתחו ואת זה שללו במלון. המשטרה לא האמינה וטענה שהם אחר כך שלא חייבים להגיש תלונה. והמלון רצה להוציא אותי בגלל שאמרתי להם שלא רוצה לשלם על המפתח בלי שיגישו תלונה והמשטרה תחקור את זה. שתדעו דלת חדר האוכל פתוחה 24/7 כל אלד יכול להיכנס ולא תמיד יש מישהו בעמדת הקבלה לעקוב אחרי מי נכנס ויוצא. המלון ברמה נמוכה, אפילו פחות מ 3 כוכבים וקטן והתמונות באתר לא משקפות את המציאות. עצתה שלי תוסיפו עוד כמה מאות שקלים ותלכן למלון ברמה גבוה יותר שמכבד את עצמו ואת לקוחותיו ומאמין למה שקרה ומה שעברו. במקום להרגיע אותנו הם נלחמנו בנו וזה עוד יותר מעלה חשד שהכל מבוים בכדי לזכות בעוד כסף. הצוות היה ממש לא נחמד ולא אדיב במיטחד המנהל שאיים עלי שהוא יביא לי משטרה ושהוא יחסום אותי בbooking.

Opet bih se vratio
Pros:

Svidjelo mi se puno stvari. Pozicija je top i ubahn je blizu, cca 5 minuta pješice. Apartman je velik. Dobro je što se toalet može odvojiti fizički kliznom staklenom stijenom.
Terasa je odlična, velika i ima dobar pogled.
Posebno bih pohvalio što je osiguran aparat za kavu kao i sama kava, to je stvarno super.
Moram pohvaliti i Kristijana s recepcije, uvijek nasmijan, spreman na razgovor i uslugu..

Cons:

Ležaj u dnevnom boravku je neudoban, iako ima pomoćni ležaj moja preporuka je staviti nekakav nadmadrac.
Glavna zamjerka je što nema zastora u boravku koji također predviđate i iznajmljujete za spavanje..prevelika je svjetlost..
Unatoč tomu opet bih se vratio kod vas..

Voor mij was vooral de ligging in Mitte uitstekend. Evenals het vriendelijke personeel.

Ik had liever een kamer gekregen die niet aan de straat lag, want 's avonds of 's nachts toch soms lawaai van auto's.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, w okolicy wiele restauracji i sklepów. Dobre śniadanie, spory wybór.

Cons:

Czystość nie była najlepsza, co było widać na podłogach. Mimo zapewnienia telefonicznego o możliwości skorzystania parkingu hotelowego, nie było takiej możliwości. Przez trzy dni nie doniesiono pilota do telewizora.
