We loved every minute of it the staff were so welcoming, thank you
Pros:

Me and my partner go to Blackpool every year and I we thought this year we would take the children, it must of been the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far, the room was a lovely family room, great location, the staff especially the manager were so friendly and helpful, overall we had the best time, this will now be our to go to hotel will be 100% going back :) thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

The landlady was lovely and nothing was a bother for her, I don't eat breakfast but I was told by another guest that it was v.good (breakfast buffet) I had a sea view room which was spot on and the bed was very comfy

Would not return to this hotel
Pros:

Great seafront location. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful

Cons:

Broken window pane. Wallpaper hanging off ceiling. Wallpaper to seafront wall not adhered, due to damp. Bathroom in need of complete upgrade. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Room in need of deep clean. Really thin walls, could hear everything from the adjoining room. Curtains not fit for purpose, as they had no linings and the room was light at night. Hairdryer not fit for purpose.
